The Behr paint I have bought covers with only one coat. It has the primer included. I am painting a room that has paneling on the wall and it has turned dark but the paint is covering it.

I went in search of a kitchen stove. Very good customer service and left happy!

Brenda was smiling and definitely welcoming to me at my arrival at the Bristol Virginia Home Depot. Then Ben polity assisted in locating what I needed. He consulted another associate and they decided that it wss the correct item. They also guided me to a sale price of the same item. Once again; at the register Brenda with her contagious, consistent smile and personality of a saint may the visit finish on yet another good experience. Go Team Bristol !

I am building a ramp for my utility building, i found all the lumber i needed , and was the best i' seen at a reasonable price. at Home Depot. Also a security light for my utility building, works great.

I have had some ridgid tools for 2 years and have very pleased with them.

Went shopping for Christmas presents. Didn't have anything in mind. Just browsing. Had fun just looking. Stopped some random store employees for questions. They were all very nice and knowledgeable. Southern hospitality at its finest!

A competitor’s inventory is never accurate. I use their app that shows available quantities. I make a shopping list, go to the store, and the items can’t be found. At Home Depot, my experience is that if the app says that an item is there it is. No wasted trip.

We made appliances purchase and the gentleman that helped us ( Jim) in appliance dept, was so great to work with us , listened to our needs and helped us get the package we wanted ! This is a great store. It is clean, well organized and friendly.

Home depot has been a great place to get all the materials we need for our small company. If we ever get stupmed on something they always have different ideas to help us out and they are ALWAYS very helpful with all our needs.

When the Home Depot store in Bristol, Va. first opened I was not impressed but, with time it has become the only home improvement store that I will go to even though I must drive several more miles to it. Friendly helpful people and a great selection of everything.

I bought a dryer and washing machine recently. I am happy with product and the sales people.

Customer service rep in cabinets had a negative attitude. I went to the kitchen department at Lowe’s in Abingdon and the service was much better

We bought the freezer on the 3 of Oct. 2021 and it will be here on the 10 of Nov. 2021. I am looking forward to it.

This is a review for Home Depot in general. I was unable to return an item - denied for excessive returns. I brought an item in that I purchased in less than 30 days for return with my receipt and got the same denial. If I have my receipt, I should be allowed to return the item, based on the policy.

Great store and location employees are courteous always very helpful

I had an issue with an order and Mayra handled it quick and resolved my issue. She was kind and talked to me like a human, not like a robot or machine. She was terrific!

Great store and very friendly and helpful staff

I shopped the Bristol, Va store on Lee Highway on June 18, 2021. After about 10 minutes of searching the computer the cashier sold me eight of the items I needed. Then, after about another 20 minutes, I was told they did not have any of the item I wanted. I was then shuffled off to Customer Service with the understanding that my money would be returned...I had used a debit card. The less than helpful Customer Service representative informed me that I had used a debit and that they would put the purchase back on the card...it would take up to two weeks for my money to be returned. Home Depot got paid immediately and I have to wait two weeks? I said NO. Her statement was "Well, I will just have to cancel the sale"....Y.E.A.H...She begrudgingly canceled the sale and gave me cash....and then told me that they did it for me this time but next time they would not be doing that type of service. I informed her that the store should not sell items they do not have. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Everything was great

In the past couple of years I have purchased a new washer and dryer,although they were out of stock the store manager helped us find a dryer and they were delivered in a very reasonable time especially during this covid 19 mess.I just recently ordered a new Worx weed trimmer by phone and it was delivered in 2 days.I am very impressed with the service at the Bristol,Virginia Home Depot and I highly recomend them to all my friends and family.My overall rating for this store is a 10 plus.

I am very disappointed about the experience I had with this purchase. They told me it was going to be delivered Saturday May 8th. Then I get a email an it says delivery is Thursday May 13th I told her I needed it ASAP she said Saturday May 8th.

This store located in Bristol Virginia is one of the greatest stores I have been in , always clean and have so many items to choose from . And another wonderful part of this store there are so many employees seems to enjoy working there, I have never seen anyone with a bad attitude, always smiling and wanting to help you.. All I can say I just wish all stores were like this one. I love to shop at this store.

Sales person was great! She helped us to pick out our kitchen appliances and explained everything to us right down to the free delivery and install. She was so awesome to work with, that my wife and I went back the very next day and bought three more appliances for our new home! Becky exemplifies what customer services should be and it was a pleasure working with her. I will definitely shop at her store from now on for all my new home needs. Darren H.
