Shopping for 50 patio block. While loading the cart 3 employees walked by totally ignoring the old guy. Then they walked by again. Still not acknowledging the customer. Next time 4 went by, and yes the same response which was involved in their conversation and not acknowledge the customer. I asked the cashier for help loading the truck. He made a call and said someone would be right out. When the guy came out I asked "how are you today?" His answer was "I was okay until I was told to do this." I questioned what he said and he quickly back pedaled and mumbled something. I asked if he said that and he didn't deny it. Always been happy with The Home Depot's employees customer service but not today.

The PRO entrance is always well taken care of. There are always carts and carriages available. I never have to search. Stacey and Nancy are very friendly and helpful. I ship at a lot of different Home Depot locations and by far the Bridgewater are location has the best personnel. I am a big fan of Home Depot because of the selection and helpful staff members. Janine always asks if she could help when I am shopping. Greg in tools always goes above and beyond. This store rocks it!

MADE ME GO TO SELF CHECKOUT AND THEN TORE THRU ALL MY STUFF AS IF I WAS SHOPLIFTING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The Bridgewater store has the nicest, most helpful employees. The person in the rug dept took the time to access the website for me. The young man who used to be a wrestler helped me in the microwave dept and arranged for another nice young man to carry it out to the car. This is customer service at its finest. I will continue to shop here, and will “spread the word” for others to follow!

I frequent Home Depot in Bridgewater on a regular basis. I have observed several employees go above and beyond. They have exceeded my expectations. Joyce in appliances is very patient and helps to call the manufacturers when items I purchased were still under warranty. She explained and actually showed me where to get the serial numbers and model numbers for appliances I have purchased. Michelle is an outstanding cashier and is always pleasant. Kathy who worked previously in the paint department and now works the front area has been wonderful over the years and I must commend them all!

I hate to give my neighborhood store a bad review but I can't let this go! To the stores credit , it is always clean and stocked well and I don't have a problem with the store or the employees in general. Today I was verbally attacked and an associate threatened to break my face! I had my very expensive bicycle with 0 which I don't luoueave it outside because it would be stolen >I've never had a problem in the past! I'm very considerate and mindful as to not bother anyone!

The main thing i went there for was supposed to have 7 in stock but the shelves were empty. Also no one is sanitizing the touch equipment in self checkout. Gross.

Store is disorganized and the quality of the materials is terrible. The hardware aisle is SO disorganized, buying a spring-style door stop, the bin was empty but there were plenty of them 3 bins away in the wrong bin. Then needed some 1x4's pressure treated in 12' length. Your selection of these boards was terrible. They were so curvy and wavy and awful I couldnt use a single one you had over there. Not to mention how many other sections in the lumber aisle were just empty. I needed help carrying my items as well, must have passed a dozen employees, not a single one offered to help in any way. F -

Bought carpet through them. People INSIDE the store were pleasant. All the corporate customer service people you have to deal with on the phone provide the lowest possible level of service. Its like they don't actually want you to buy the carpet, thats how bad they treat you. It's literally like they're daring you to buy the carpet somewhere else.

My experience this past Tuesday was just awful. I had planned for a pre-picked order for pickup and not only was the order not ready but the items that I purchased two days before was sold out. Obviously the process in this store isn't managed correctly. I saw people standing around and not any help at all. Saw long lines at customer service probably due to three people behind the counter but one;y one person at the window's I have never experienced such bad service at a Home Depot store like this one ! Go to Mansfield - the people are way better

Well stocked and clean store

I went at 8:00 AM and there were no shopping carts. 8:00 AM. No shopping carts. Ridiculous.

I have been shopping at hardware stores for decades since the days of Grossmans. I have seen them all; including Lowes, True Value, Home Depot, Home Quarters and all the smaller hardware stores. No store has ever made me feel more confident in completing a project like the Bridgewater store # 2603 did. Every person in this store over extended themselves to us in offering assistance in a very affordable way. Every question answered and options offered by all of the employees for our projects.

Having to do a return always blows. Line takes forever.

Manager Taylor told me to shop at another store when I told her how poorly her store was being run lately.
