Love this location and the staff. Can always find someone to help, but never feel pressured. They clearly like each other and work as a team. Great vibe - they help the customer feel capable when trying new things. Never long lines, yet always well stocked.

I find this store to be a pleasure to shop in. The employees are consistently pleasant, courteous and helpful. I drive an additional 25 miles to go to this store rather than the one closer to my home. I recommend it highly. The Assistant Store Manager, Rich Aaron, is a wonderful young man and very solicitous of his store's customers. Well done to all.

Great store for sure. And the best guy at the Pro Desk is Lorin Suplee. Always goes the distance in helping me. I started a small handyman biz and his efforts, knowledge and easygoing manner have been invaluable to me. Great guy who knows his stuff! Thanks! Mark

There are other Home Depot stores in the area, and they're all fine, but this store is a cut above in terms of the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees.

We primarily shopped the kitchen/bath design area and found Robert McNamee to be above and beyond what an employee should be. We ordered all the cabinets for our new home kitchen and vanities for our bathrooms. Thank you, Bob.

The staff there was very friendly especially the person i place my order with, she was very kind and again, i will say patient and supportive .

This Home depot is only about a mile from my house. I probably go there at least 6 times a week. I know most of the employees because i go there so often. Great place to get the things I need.

It was an excellent experience at this Home Depot location where contractors and the average shopper for their home can find good materials and service. It is the place to go for your home shopping needs.

Very friendly and helpful.

I find the overall quality of products purchased from Home Depot to be of decreasing quality. As an example, I bought a rake and it snapped a weld on first use, a springy hose and it sprung a leak after a few uses, some cabinet hinges with screws of soft metal that it is easy to strip the slot on the head - I finally replaced these. It's becoming increasing difficult to get help from employees while in the store. Many times, I have asked the cashier to call for an employee to help me. I recently needed to purchase magnet catches for some kitchen drawers, I searched the aisle for a number of minutes and couldn't find them, I looked for an employee in the aisle and couldn't find one and finally went to the desk in the front to ask for help - the employee there told me to go to the aisle, I explained to him that I already did that - he, with some condensation, came out from behind the desk and in a huff took me to the appropriate place and left. If he would of stayed for a few seconds he would of been made aware that all 6 wooden bins were empty. I find empty shelves to be more and more an issue. (one last thing, why don't you consider increasing the length available for comments in other places from 500 to 1,000 or more characters).

The associates in Kitchen and Appliances were extremely helpful and friendly.

I enjoy shopping in this store more so than the one closer to Bound Brook on Union Ave even though it is 12 miles farther from my home. I find the store to be cleaner, the employees more helpful and friendly and most importantly available and the shelves are well stocked.
