I was greeted at the door and assisted promptly and enthusiastically when I needed help. Check out was pleasantly done by a employee who was not only professional and courteous, but she thanked me for my military service.

From the time I entered Bridgewater Home Depot I was greeted by personnel and offered assistance when I was looking at paint products. The cashier was very energetic and friendly. Great experience.

All of my needs in the past month have been quickly met with wonderful employees.

More often than not when I ask someone for help at this location I don't get a good feeling. I usually get the feeling that either they don't want to be bothered or that they don't know the area and instead of calling someone from the area they just wing it and try and make you feel small.

Store is well stocked, employees are helpful any time I’m in the store.

AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND HELP IF NEEDED OR HAD AN ANSWER TO A CONCERN TAKEN CARE OF AT THE HOME DEPOT STORES I USE IN MY AREA. ALL MEMBERS THAT I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH IN THE DIFFERENT STORES SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND THE PROCESS TO USE ON THE PROJECT TO HELP GET IT DONE. IT WOULD SEEM THAT MANY HAVE WORKED IN THE TRADES AND KNOW THEIR STUFF ABOUT MY TYPE OF PROBLEM AT A GIVEN TIME. WHAT MORE CAN A PERSON ASK FOR ?

This location is clean, well stocked, well staffed. Our appliance salesperson (Amanda Logan) is excellent. We travelled extra miles just to work with her. She's patient & knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us compare products. Amanda clearly explained everything from washing machine options to purchase to operating our washer to delivery to warranty. Would definitely recommend her to our family & friends. I've already returned to shop this store.

I am so pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this Home Depot. All the associates were friendly and eager to offer help. However, there is one employee Joe A who surpasses not just being an exceptional Home Depot associate but an amazing human being! The store was closing when we found a large wood sheet to fix my son’s bed. However because it was on clearance and the store was closing we didn’t measure if it would fit in my car. Joe A walked out after closing seeing us struggling with fitting the wood in our car and asked if we needed help. We told him we were okay and that he must be exhausted from closing so late . He said he was okay but that he worked a 9 hour shift. Then after a few minutes he drove past us and asked us again if he can help. After realizing we were stuck with the wood not fitting in our car he asked us what town we lived in and offered to put the wood in his truck. He drove about 14 miles and 20 minutes away from his town to our home to bring the wood for us in his truck! We offered him $20 for gas but he refused it and said he didn’t do this for money. I was so shocked that such humanity and kindness still exists. Please Home Depot Management give Joe A a promotion and a raise ASAP! He is a one of a kind, great person and employee. God bless.

Overall, this is a fine Home Depot location. For overall "Home Depot" shopping. However, we were working with the store on a kitchen backsplash tile purchase and installation. This was a disappointing - disheartening experience, basically from start to finish. The ONLY exception was the excellent installer, who was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, in sharp contrast to the in-store personnel we dealt with on this project. Net, net, no store personnel helpful or knowledgeable at all about a very basic home improvement project - tile backsplash in a relatively small kitchen. Really an introductory level home improvement project. Installer organization did a masterful job and could not recommend more highly. Key "lesson learned" in this experience was to get EVERYTHING on paper AND make certain materials are available somewhere in the supply chain.

The employees are always friendly here and I like the way the store is layed out to find things as easily as possible. The cleanliness is also a plus compared to some other stores.

always out of bird food. why cant they have decent stock of bird food in the store

The staff is so friendly. I have an injured back and they made sure someone helped me put the 5 gallon water jugs in my van. Always courteous and helpful!
