I like this store. The people are friendly and helpful and it's not as crowded. I went to the Overland store once and it was jam packed, the parking lot was almost full and it took me forever to find and buy 2 items.

I've been shopping the store for years. I have never been denied my military discount until this morning. I had just purchased some Hardy backer yesterday morning and got my military discount. This morning I purchased even more Hardie board and was denied my military discount. I was told that sometimes they don't give military discount on Hardie board. Like I said I've never been denied my military discount at Home Depot

I like shopping at this store because parking is easier and it's not as crowded as some of the other stores in my area.

By far the best HD store in the area. You can tell the employees have fun at work and it shows in their customer service.

I know and love this store’s layout. Some stores have the paint section in the back and takes longer to find what I need and check out on the way to work. The only thing I dislike about the Bridgeton store is their quality of cedar boards for my fence I’ve been building. The other locations I’ve gone to (st Charles,Ballwin) have nicer looking boards with vibrant cedar tones and aren’t dried out and brittle. Bridgeton boards are usually warped and almost look like pine.

This is a great place to shop for all my home improvement needs the staff and the appearance of the store is why I keep coming back.

I had to buy a washer and dryer. It was easy and the employee was kind, professional, practical and not controlling. The price was right, and I will get them delivered soon. Thanks Home Depot!

My first time entered the store amazing how well stocked it's were,the size of the store were extremely large with thing in it from scoops to nut.

Consistently helpful staff in all departments. If a particular team member is unable to answer a question, they seek out an answer from another employee.

This location is kept clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On multiple occasions, the staff has gone above and beyond my expectations. I have never had an issue that wasn't handled professionally. I'd recommend this store to anyone!

It was misunderstanding. I did not say that I was not satisfy with the store employees and their service. Opposite, I said that store employees were very friendly, but could not help me, because store does not have product I need. To whom it may concern please take this in consideration. Store employees whom I talked to tried to help me, but it was not their fault that store did not have what I was looking for. This store in not close to me but I am always able to find Items that I need at this store.

I had to request a refund related to a purchase. The cashier was very professional, courteous and understanding. After the refund as I was leaving I picked up a drink and the cashier for the check out was also very courteous. This was a good experience at the store.

The associates are friendly and helpful. Especially Sherry in Kitchen and Bath. We messed up our kitchen cabinet design plan and had to make changes to the order twice. Sherry cheerfully and patiently assisted us in the change order.

Always find the associates very friendly and helpful. Found the online ordering experience and pickup very easy.

I love having an employee right at the entrance to guide me to the right department. I was buying a washer and dryer; the employee was fantastic to do business with - he gave me his undivided attention. This is the third appliance I've bought from Home Depot, and truthfully, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am so glad you have not cut staff to save a few dollars...I'll be back!

All and all a nice store people are for the most part friendly. Store in close to where I work. I do most of my Home Depot purchases at the store in St. Peters.

At this store you can always find someone to help you. They are so friendly in all departments.
