helpful staff and clean store

Apparently the "greeter" thinks he owns this store. I have a bad back, so I was using a heavy duty fan in the lobby to steady myself while I tied my shoe. All I got out if him was "dont do that!" You would think that someone whose job or us to create a good first impression of a business would have better people skills.

This Home Depot’s single handedly renewed my faith in Home Depot. Too many star players to mention at this location. Just keep up the good work!

Employees were very helpful

I have been frustrated with a plumbing project. I'm no plumber, but I know stuff and am quite capable. Problems happen. I bought wrong parts. More problems. I went to 2 different plumbing supply stores with no joy. Another specialty fitting place with no luck either. Gary, in the Bridgeton Home Depot solved the problem and handed me the rughts parts for a fraction of what I paid for the wrong parts and what I was prepared to pay to fix the issue. Thumbs up to Gary. Saved the day.

In an era where most companies seem to have lost the importance of the keeping customers happy, this store constantly amazing me with their friendly staff, happy employees and responsive management. Both commercial desk and regular retail seem to be well trained and responsive to the needs of the customers.

Just a good store. I live close to a Home Depot but I like this one better because of lots of parking, the store always neat and not cluttered and the employees are so nice but they are nice at all i have been too. This one just suits my needs

The Virtual viewing from room to room in the Flooring Materials was Awesome, if you're considering installing a new flooring.

Workers there were very helpful and checking me out. I was able to get what I needed quickly. I did notice employees helping people find what they needed as well.

I was really impressed with the staff and their garden department. Whenever I walk by someone they always greeted me and asked me if I needed help. Fantastic staff and lots of plants and flowers

The lumber area is always extremely cluttered and hard to pull the items you want. The two employees in the tool area did not want to help me at all. They were playing with the command strips on the end of aisle 18 and wouldn't acknowledge me when i went to them. When i spoke up they didn't make eye contact only mumbled a location. When i told them the item wasn't there they never came over to help, just ignored me. I will ignore this store in the future. It was 8:15 on a Friday morning, they were not even busy. I was just at the Home Depot off Page and it was such a different experience. Raymond was such a nice cashier and so were the other employees.. What is happening at this store? Worst shopping experience I have had in a very long time.

Store associates were friendly and helpful. The associate showed interest in my issue with resolution. Very approachable. I called first and was met with a friendly voice and helpful attitude. That was continued once I arrived at the store. She was actually working on my issue. Impressive. I left the store with my issue resolved.

I always have a good experience at this location, employees always smile and seem to go above and beyond to help me out. Clean store and I feel safe shopping here.

Polite, informative, employees help and serve the consumer and professional well with both physical (lifting) and product research.

I had an excellent experience in the Bridgeton Home Depot on 3/16/21. Xavier provided excellent customer service. He stopped his work to help me calculate how much tile I needed for the floor and walls of my project. He made sure that the count of the tile was accurate for another tile purchase. He provided assistance with an out-of-stock item and even ordered it for me! He made sure my buying experience was exceptional. Thank you to this kind and hardworking young man. Xavier you ROCK!

This Home Depot was clean, organized and stocked. The gentleman & young lady at the paint counter were very helpful & professional.

The Bridgeton store is clean and all the employees are polite. I had a very unpleasant experience recently at a competitor establishment and will not be returning to that establishment. The Bridgeton Home Depot is now my home for all my hardware and project needs.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean store, products I need are always in stock.

The associates were so helpful and friendly. One of my pet peeves is finding someone to ask a question or for help, and they act like they could care less if you are there or not, or acting like you're an inconvenience. Three different people helped us out by providing tips to help us make a decision, by giving us information, and by going the extra mile and looking up the hours and prices for us for a different department. (No one was available to re-key our locks at that time).

The employees here are very friendly the staff in the flooring department are great.
