Friendly employees and good customer service.

All of the employees are very helpful. The Pro-desk team is the best. Sandra, Elsie, Audi, and Taneka are great and always make me feel like a VIP. Whether special orders or getting pricing from the bid Room, they are always professional and they go out of their way to make my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. They have got to be the best Pro-Desk Team around. They are professional ad always willing to help with a smile.

The store clearly takes the pandemic seriously. Every employee had a proper mask, every customer had a proper mask, where to stand in line was well-marked, and where I saw employees helping customers - proper distance was maintained as much as possible. This helped me feel safe while there and I appreciate it, especially since in my home there is an elderly person who is high risk to respiratory issues so I don't want to be the one bringing any respiratory virus (covid19 or flu or whatever) into the home.

Cashier on check stand 1, Anabelle, is the most amazing employee your store has. Even during this time, she is such a ray of sunshine and has great customer service.

A store like the Brentwood Home Depot is where I know I will find everything I need without wasting my time and so I always go there.

This store is an excellent example of a great retail outlet. They have a very wide verity of goods to pick from. Their employees are always ready to help with finding things, and giving whatever service you need in a very timely manner. And their prices are always competitive.

As a general contractor it has been our go to place for material & the pro desk employees are very helpful for things you can't find in store or online.

even if you are a DIY shopper, good luck. they have no stock and theres nobody around to unlock or assist you with items.

I visited the store today, and just to say I was disgusted by the way an employee’s lack of customer service was. Cashier, (AZILEE) she was the most unprofessional, rude individual. I would have fired her on the spot if that was my company! I spend thousands of dollars here monthly as I am a contractor. Definitely won’t be returning until I hear something back. Disgusted and disappointed.

There are enough good associates at the Brentwood CA store that as long as you mostly know what you need, you should fair well. Their product lineup has been consistent over the years with some additions such as Milwaukee power and some hand tools. Expect to reach out to the factory for Technical product support most of the time. Carts are easy to access but some isles could be tight but are doable with an occasional go around the other way. Practice extra Caution in the parking lot while driving or walking because it does get busy. Overall I would recommend this store. They have very few products/brands that are subpar. The self check out system is reliable and easy to use and there is always an associate to provide assistance if needed. Just wish they had WiFi for the customers to use (I have no experience with the equipment rental department)

Home Depot is the Best!

I’ve been to every Home Depot in Contra Costa County multiple times and the Brentwood Home Depot is by far the cleanest, and also the friendliest cashiers! Shout out to LAEL for the always smiling, always cheerful attitude! It is noticed!

Many of the associates and management are very helpful and I appreciate it. One supervisor named Dana is lacking the will to try and help clients unfortunately, if she can get on the same level as others and be willing to help. It’d be much more effective.

If they dont have it, you dont need it!

I ordered vinyl floors and carpet through Home Depot. As the product was nice, the customer service in the Brentwood store stinks! It has been a nightmare trying to get my floors installed. First they under-measured my baseboards by 120 feet! I had to wait days before they could deliver the rest and they made me responsible for rescheduling the carpet install. Then they cancelled my delivery and never called me to tell me ! And don't try to call the store because you will never get through! They don't answer the phones there! I had to drive 20 minutes to the store each time I had a problem because you can't call them! UGH ! Also, I've purchased defective lighting & mirrors from them as well. I'm taking my business across the street to the other guys in hopes of better customer service.

EMPLOYEES NEED TO WEAR MASKS PROPERLY!!!!!! Not under their nose, not in their hands...Show respect for all by complying with health and safety rules. Have towels and sprays available for carts too!!, not "were out".

Horrible experience with online order. Nothing was ready, although call night before said it was completed. Took an hour each time to have items brought to truck. Customer service was not helpful at all and were very rude and un attentive. At one point they stopped processing my order to get cookies from a co worker... Spoke with Assistant Manger on duty when I came back for second load, and he did absolutely nothing, just passed me along. Second Load took an hour to get loaded as well, plus had to move truck twice because there was no organization or leadership. Then got email two days later that our order was pending pick up. Called in to check to see if something was missed and got the same rude customer service. Instead of admitting they forgot to close out the ticket at second load pick up, they suggested that we go and count all the bricks and call them back to confirm...I really thought that was their job and the point of the online order. This group has lost my business.

Bryan in lumber is a bad associate. An a dangerous operator of Cutting Equipment. I waited 30 minutes while he mis cut my board twice. He isn't careful, allows himself to be interrupted while operating dangerous equipment and then makes mistake. His customer service is also very very poor. He ending up walking away after mis cutting a 2nd replacement board, saying I need to go to the bathroom …. leaving me standing their. Twice, he interrupted my service while he engaged himself with other customers, while I waited standing next to him. I left with my incorrectly cut board. I'm a property manager in Nevada and California and use at least 6 Home Depot locations. Never had an experience as bad as this.
