Cesar from the paint department was helpful and nice enough to help me find the pain I needed for my bathroom, I was expecting that I will be finding it myself as usual every time I shop at this Home Depot , you can’t always find some one that are not attending clients. This time it was great experience! Even the cashier Rashel the cashier in the return department help me checked out and was fast! Now the other good part was will! it was raining hard and he approached me if I needed help Loading it and absolutely I said! he was a young gentleman very good manners! love shopping here now.

My wife and I were shopping for a kitchen cabinet design and did not have many ideas. We supplied measurements ot the room and appliances and Johanna in the kitchen design department took those and created an amazing kitchen. She's the best!

So tired of being reminded 5-6 times that it’s almost 10pm. Where are all those people when I need help during the day? Can’t find anyone usually but you can count on being told to leave 5 times if you are in the store past 9:45. Today I was in my car at 10:04 and all parking lot lights even the orange home depot sign and floodlights were turned off. I couldn’t see my feet in the parking lot much less find my car. Super safe idea guys. That will teach those pesky customers.

This store used to be a disorganized mess with mediocre employees that were often very hard to find. Now, it is well-stocked, well-staffed, well-organized, and a much better shopping/buying experience than it ever was before.

Store doesn't know how the online ordering process works. Despite paying for a pick up item they refused to release it because an item that was being shipped hadn't been charged. It won't until it ships, but the store shouldn't be trying to make someone pay twice. And the staff this night and the manager were extremely rude and dismissive.

Helena was a cashier the day I went in without my wallet. I needed a new car remote battery because I was stuck in the parking lot with a car that wouldn't start. She made sure I was able to purchase what I needed, and then helped me replace the battery so I could get home. I am 89, and this small gesture was very much appreciated.

as someone who works in retail i am very knowledgeable about the guest experience on my visit to the home depot i was greeted by associates and felt very welcomed to shop. While in an aisle looking for a product an associate named garyeon i think his name was and another associate named derek asked if i was finding everything okay and asked if they could help both associates were very knowledgeable and asked more about my situation and helped me find the exact screw for what i needed! both then asked me if i needed help finding anything else and when i was finished wished me good luck and to have a nice day! great guest experience

Getting the items I needed and help locating them with a smile even walked to what I needed was key .

Recently went to exchange my propane tank. This is a task I dreaded as it normally takes an excessive amount of time just to swap a tank.. I would say up to 20 minutes based on my previous experiences. However, on this visit, instead of having to go inside to get rung up, I was greeted by a new propane exchange kiosk outside. Just scan the code and check out. A code will be generated which you enter into the kiosk system. A door opens for the empty tank, put your tank in and close the door, then another door opens where you take out the new refilled tank. Super easy and quick. The only issue I see is the system didn't give me an option for swapping multiple tanks. I guess we have to do the process for each tank. I normally just swap one at a time, so not a huge deal.

Excellent customer service,I bought several items this month with the help of store staff whom helped and explained every item I purchased which included , plants bbq grille, and many more items. I am very satisfied with every purchase as always.

Today I went to buy Mickey Christmas lights, none were on the shelf but the app said they had 32 in stock. So I went to customer service for help. The first woman who helped didn't know, then she asked a guy who supposedly knew but he didnt and abandoned me to help another customer and never came back. As i was waiting a nice young gentleman named Malik went out of his way to help me. He found the lights in a box on the shelf and stocked the lights in their rightful place. I am so thankful to Malik for him helping me so much. I love my new Mickey Mouse lights!

App complications for the military discount fixed by Customer Service rep (Sharmaine) with efficiency and a smile. If only Home Depot software could be simplified to match Loew's.

GRILL READY! An employee named Gio saw me outside looking at grills and referred me to Helena ( very nice). She had me in and out in 10 minutes, recommended a BBQ cover, Very happy (5 out of 5 stars for a positive experience at tge service desk)

I went to Home Depot in Lone Tree Way, Brentwood, CA 94513 this afternoon, 9/19/23, to return some items with different receipts. Cathy, the cashier, made my day. She had a very friendly attitude, she welcomed me with a nice smile, she was patient with me and very helpful. I was more than satisfied with her excellent customer services!!!! Cathy, you was amazing today!!! Thank you so much, the Home Depot is lucky to have you!

Problem with delivery but the representative did not stop until the issue was resolved and I am very grateful.
