Not true to their work will never enter that store again

Loved that this store had enough employees to help me get my appliances! Halley was super sweet & very knowledgeable! Even though the store is out of my way.. Will definitely shop there again!

I love to shop at Home Depot. They are great in all ways and always have what I need.

Due to erros made by two cashiers our check was delcined. Our bank informed us we were good on their end and the problem was with HOME DEPOT. JOETTA, possibly a Lead Cashier or Front End Manager took charge and resloved the issue immediately. JOETTA exhibted excellent leadership / management skills, knowledge and abilities. I hope she is recognized for her excellent customer service!

While purchasing my hot water heater, the customer service was great and friendly. I wasn’t informed of all of the required information before I spent over $1,000 for the hot water heater, delivery, and installation! First they called and told me “didn’t have” my hot water heater after I just physically seen and purchased it in-store, they cancelled my order before physically talking to me (they left a voicemail. I called and told them I wanted my heater that I paid for).They called the next day and said they “found” the hot water heater (which was at the store all along). Then the installer called and said he doesn’t come to my area (I wasn’t informed of this in store before purchasing). I still wanted my hot water heater delivered and they then informed me that they only deliver on an 18-wheeler truck which isn’t conducive to my driveway (which I wasn’t informed of before purchasing). Then I cancelled my whole order and was told that I had to come back an hour to the store to get my money back because I paid with a debit card. Mind you, they told me when they cancelled my order the first time (without my permission) that it would automatically come back to my card. I’ve been given this run around for four days before I just gave up and cancelled my entire order, today. I will never shop here again!

Recently went into get some Spicket covers for my home and asked an employee where I could find them. Lol we laughed and apologized for them being on the other side of the store and told me they were looking for a better place to put them closer to the garden section. He had taken me straight to them and thanked one another. Just great people and community. Would recommend to anyone.

Very close to get to. Good parking. Parking lot has lots of lights. Safe to walk in.person checking us out was friendly.

Mrs Linda had a great smile and very interactive while cashing out not only me but everyone in front of me. It is nice to see people still have positive outlooks in life now a days.

Poor Customer Service. Purchased a large, heavy piece of equipment. After 30 minutes of waiting and 3 times the loaders were paged, they never showed up. Had to return the item because I couldn't get any help to load it. Also injured my back trying to lift it alone.

Contractor Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. Staff (cashiers) are rude.

Store employees are very friendly & will walk you over to the product fir which you're looking. Store is always clean. Patrina was very courteous at checkout.

This is a very poorly run store. They do not honor delivery promises and are not attentive to customer concerns.

Alphonso provided great customer service. He was patient, friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions concerning the appliances we wanted to purchase.

Sales Associate in the appliance department was great. He took his time and answered all of our questions and was most helpful with the sale. He had multiple customers but made sure he answered all questions and was able to multi-task perfectly without making us feel we wasn't a priority. The sale was quick and he helped package and load onto the trailer.

Stephanie did a great job helping us to find the product we were looking for and to see other options and to simply make it happen. Very personable and helpful.

I saw plenty of employees throughout the store. Many places I go to you cannot even find one! Very clean store. It was all good :-)

I love shopping at Home Depot. I have become addicted to the store map on the website. I'm able to locate all of my items on the map and when I get to the store, I can go directly to the aisle. The last couple of times I have been there, the store has been stocked and a worker has been easy to find.
