This visit I experienced outstanding customer service at checkout.

I have to be honest, it's not to many times a sale associate could convince me to spend more than I initially wanted to but this time I got sold up and I liked it. Product information is valuable to the customer and when a associate knows their product it can change a customer's initial intentions of a purchase.

I went to my local HomeDepot store to get two shower grab bars for my 93 yr old dad. He also has a fluorescent light fixture in his bathroom that barely burns, so I needed to get bulbs for that. I didn't have a clue what kind to get! Fortunately, a young man was working nearby, and when I called out to him, he came to me and asked how he could help. His name is JW, and was I ever grateful for his help! He was able to answer ALL of my questions, and he even assisted me in picking out the brightest light! I have NEVER been in this HomeDepot and received service of this magnitude! No place, actually. JW is a one of a kind! A rare find in today's age! JW is the exception. He cares, works hard, and serves your customers well. I hope he's there when I return tomorrow! Linda Moree ;)

The staff was was very friendly and willing to help me find what I needed

I have bought several tools of the ryobi and have loved every single one of them. I even purchase a ryobi chainsaw and thought that it would probably do what I wanted but I am so proud of my chainsaw. I believe that I may have about 20 ryobi tools and none of the have failed to get the job done.

I came to your Home Depot to look for patio umbrellas and deck lights. The prices are very reasonable and I found an excellent variety to choose from.

I recently shopped at this Home Depot and I was instantly greeted as soon as I entered the store. There were 2 associates in particular that I want to give a word of thanks and appreciation to. Darryl and Janae at the Brandon store. They were really helpful to me my whole time there.

Home Depot in Brandon doesn't properly care for the plants they sale. The are not watering them like of Home Depot stores. I know employees are hard to hire and cost are going up. If you can't properly care for something you should not carry it.

I was there this morning and behind schedule and needed to purchase something but there was a glitch with the online order< I did not understand but Nelson the Mgr and Debbie the Customer Service rep were extremely helpful and understanding...makes me want to spend more money with a store and employed who appreciate their customers

I get all of my yard tools, my battery tools, our plants & shrubs from this Home Depot.

The Brandon Home Depot is a great place to shop. The store is well stocked, clean, and the workers are friendly and helpful.

I was looking for a Christmas present for my son who dapples in building furniture and he was totally pleased with the gift I purchased.

This store is the most helpful that I have been in. All employees are willing to help, and look as if they really enjoy their job. That is important to shoppers.

Call to check product availability on a Black Friday item, as website said item was out of stock. Reggie in customer service went above and beyond. She verified they had 7 for delivery and even walked down to cage to confirm they were in stock. Furthermore, she told me to see her when I got to the store. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I need help getting a blind custom cut. There were some issues with the machine, but the manager, Darryl, was patient and persistent in the situation and got it to work and get me what I needed for my project. I greatly appreciate his helpfulness! Also, the young lady(college student at Hinds) that checked me out was so personable. It makes you want to return to shop because you will get the help you need and it will not be stressful. Thanks Home Depot!
