I have always been helped right away by your associates. Recently I was looking for a tiny lightbulb and couldn't find it. An associate came by and said he would send someone familiar with the department to help...And He came right away and gave me the right one. So even with a small purchase your staff is always there to help...

I went into the store looking for flooring.I was greeted by Linda and Millie(managers),They guided me to Stephanie who put together what I needed.The whole experience was fantastic,I am a single woman and knew nothing going into the store about different options, I got an education about the pros and cons of different flooring, Stephanie in flooring helped me and l Ieft very happy about my purchase.From now on it is going to be Home Depot.

This is my favorite place to shop, I even joke that it is my second "Home" because I go there all the time. Almost every day, or sometimes several times a day depending on what I am working on. The staff are always super helpful, and if you ask them where to find something they don't just point and say "Aisle 11" and walk away, no, they take you to the aisle and help you find your item. And if you have questions, they do the best to answer them, and if they can't then they call someone who can, as they have several staff that are very knowledgeable for that department. I have a tendency to "McGyver" things to make them work, and they tell me if it will work or not. The store has a good supply of almost everything I need, and if I can't get it, they will order it for me, or I can order it online and pick it up at the store. When Covid was at its peak, they even brought my items out to my car, what great service, which is why I come here and NOT down the road to the other place.

Linda, a manager at Home Depot and Travis Smith go above and beyond and keep helping until you get what you need. Great experience. Entertaining too!

I highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot on Cortez Boulevard in Bradenton. While shopping for various items for my new home projects there, I experienced the most outstanding customer service from any home improvement store I have ever visited. Not only is the store very clean, but every associate is in the store is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unlike other similar stores, you won’t have to spend time tracking down help, as associates are everywhere. Not only does this make for a great shopping experience, but you won’t waste time wandering the aisles looking for what you need.

This Home Depot store has a good selection in the garden center and has always had what I need in stock.

Employees where extremely helpful helping me locate the items that I was looking for, also made suggestions on how to help me accomplish my home project.

If you want to get in, shop and get out, this is the place.

This store's customer service was amazing from beginning to end. Overall, I had 7 employees assist me with my large purchase and made it seamless. Each employee took the personal time to answer my questions, offer suggestions for my project, and helped load everything into my vehicle. I was definitely impressed and will use this location for my future shopping experiences. The store was clean, organized, and had plenty of stock.

We went last night and experienced the most helpful employees, more so than we ever experienced before there or at any other hardware store. This allowed us to not only have a quicker shopping experience which my teenager was grateful for:) but we left with the right materials for the job because we were helped by informed employees of the store.

In this time of Covid 19 When Stores are sacrificing service I find it’s refreshing to go in the store and I have somebody ask me if they can help me. One of the largest store chains I went to you I have to stand in line to check out your self , Let alone that trying to find anything without somebody’s help in the store if it gets rearranged more often in my sock drawer. Where has customer service gone. Customer Service is at Home Depot. Soon you’ll be asking where have the big box stores gone, for I refuse to buy from places I can’t get service. Again I want to thank the employees at Home Depot they have made your stores stand head and shoulders above the rest. Wmd3686

I was pleased by how much help was provided. They had an excellent selection of orchid pots for a great price. Also purchased several orchids, great selection and prices. The people were really nice and caring. From selection, payment, and exciting by helping with bag of stones to car. Every one showed an attention to detail that made this a wonderful experience.

A TOTAL DISASTER, BEING CHARGED FOR ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S KITCHEN CABINETS. MY CONTRACTORS CALLED ME TO GET TO Home Depot IMMEDIATELY, AS I WAS AT THE BEACH, SOAKING WET. I HAD TO LEAVE THE BEACH, AFTER ONLY BEING AT THE BEACH FOR 1.5 HOURS, AND DRIVE TO Home Depot. THE MANAGER SPENT HOURS TRYIG TO STRAIGHTEN EVERYTHING OUT, FROM ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES HUGE MISTAKE. I SPENT 2 HOURS IN Home Depot,WAITING FOR MY CREDIT CARD TO BE REFUNDED, WHICH DELAYED MY ORDER, AND TOTALLY RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY!!!!!!

Excellent shopping experience. Jeff helped me by explaining the various functions of garden and lawn power tools. Because of his courtesy and knowledge I purchased a lawn mower, hedge trimmer, grass clipper and leaf blower. Because of the excellent help it motivated me to also purchase an outdoor shed, patio set and other incidental items. Great job guys!

We purchased $4K in flooring. After 2 weeks we were notified that Home Depot has such poor inventory control that they sold the stock that they verified was in stock when they took our money. The employees and managers pointed fingers at one another with not a single soul willing or able to take responsibility for the failure of this sale. We were told that we could return and reselect another option without guarantees or price matching or compensation for this egregious error. The staff appears uninterested in sales, and customers wait for poor service, and even worse follow up. Find another company, for major purchases.

Store for the most part is good. The woman that helped me at check out was great. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name though. Her name was either Toni or Lori. She works at the contractor register when the store first opens up in the morning because I’m usually there at 6 AM.
