I always run errands for my husband picking up supplies. I am grateful for the customer service providing help in locating an item.

This store is well stocked, clean, and well organized. Assistant Store Manager Linda Joyce Stverak is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied with your in-store experience.

Julie when I go to home Depot in other areas they are not as friendly as this one is. I highly recommend employee of the month to Rickki for his friendliness promise kindness and warmth for the customer he also came back and asked if I needed anything else after allowing me to view all of the door knobs and locks. He is excellent

Purchased new dishwasher to be installed in a few days.

i bought a gift card for a friend for x-mas and i inadvertently threw it away. it was only $50. i thought there was no way i'd get resolution but was surprised when the store was able to redeem the card. very nice folks to do what they did for a small fry like me. thanks!!

CS Associate Jewel, was extremely helpful and caring about resolving issues concerning my returns. My time exceeded a 30-minute visit and she kindly provided me with a discount for my troubles, patience and time spent. It was an unexpected and kind gesture.

I RENTED A TRUCK AND I HAVE NEVER DRIVEN ONE OF THIS CALIBER. WAS QUITE FUN. HOWEVER I LOADED EVERYTHING WRONG AND I THOUGHT I WOULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT SO I WENT TO THIS STORE DESPERATE AND TWO YOUNG MEN JULO AND SAM HELPED ME AND STRAPPED EVERYTHING DOWN DEC 17TH I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET WHAT THEY DID FOR ME AND THE ANXIETY THAT WAS RELIEVED. THESE TWO BOYS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY!!!

I was really touched by how many of the employees in the store went out of their way to see if they could help us. All in all I probably dealt with six of them. There's nothing more frustrating than not being able to find something and then not being able to find someone to help you find it. But home Depot really shines on this particular subject. I do not like the self check out I never will I guess my generation believes in customer service from start to finish. Otherwise a pleasant experience every time

I am helping my daughter make a physics project catapult and Mac helped me the whole way through make a plan… when it turned out the original items I was buying weren’t going to work as originally planned he walked through the whole store with me to find what I needed

I've used Home Depot on several projects over the past few years and have always been pleased with help from staff, willingness to take time and explain so many things to me - the Cortez Rd. Home Depot will always be my go to store for home improvement projects, appliance purchases and any questions that come up!! Thank you sooo much.

We have been remodeling our kitchen. The items began coming in mid October. Every trip to Home Depot has been successful in getting what I needed!

Shopping for flooring can be unpleasant as the cost is high. Matt was amazing, he walked me thru and helped me choose what would be best for what i wanted. Melissa was so friendly trying to assist over the phone. On my way out i asked an employee where an item was he took me right to it, then i made another stop asking an employee to cut wire, he was just very polite, said hed be happy to help, and i felt like he really meant it, wasnt just something he was told to say. Store 0244 rocks with great friendly staff.

I had to but a few things for the house I just moved in .. this place has it all. Very recommend it..

I needed TOGGLE LED replacements for my office Flourescent lights. I had to drive quite a ways but this store had IN STOCK what other stores didn't.

We needed to acquire a new refrigerator and Lisa V., the salesperson was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly during our research and purchase of this item.

We bought a new fridge from LG that turned into a Lemon, they sent us a loaner until we were comped from LG to purchase a new fridge. Thanks to Julie the appliance manager and Shannon!

Without question this is probably the best Home Depot I've ever been in, and I've been in a lot. The associates are outstanding and store management is unbelievable in making sure every customer leaves satisfied. Five stars is not enough. Absolutely outstanding
