Variety of goods and clear classification

Robert Morris at the Pro Desk is this location's secret weapon and invaluable asset to the Home Depot corporation! Robert is pro-active, empowered, and a consummate professional. He answered my myriad of inquires and the one question he didn't know the answer to, he went over to the department and asked the person who did know. Robert is so impressive, I thought he was the store manager.

The Bollinger Home Depot store is one of the two stores I always go to for anything home improvement related. I go there because it's a bit closer to my home, but I also go to the Campbell store a lot. I like both stores because the associates are knowledgeable and always willing to help or even give advice, and I always find what I want or what gets the project done. Yes the stores are clean and products are well arranged.

I would in general but after today's experience at the blinds department, the experience with KATHY was horrendous. I would watch and be prepared as she can snap at customers!!

Rude staff unwilling to help or look up from their phones.

The managers do not know details of the products stocked in their department.

Based on internet recommendations, I was looking for some weather strip tape to reduce my electronic keyboard. Represntative showed me different product and finally recommend product which not only fit it perfectly but also removed the noise altogether.

My shopping experience in this store is always pleasant. The store is well-maintained and well-organized. Employees in this store are extremely friendly and helpful. I always get the products the I need in this location without much trouble. If not the staffs always ready to assist me until I get the exact product that I need.

Beware of Murray tandem breakers. They have two prices for the same breaker, one is $25.00 and the other is $9.78.
