If you're in the market for appliances, go see Heather. She took the time to listen to what I needed and made great recommendations for appliances that fit my requirements. I appreciated the time she took with me to help me make a decision that worked for me.

The workers here are always helpful. Never a poor experience at this store. I know many people feel the same because they are always full of people. There’s always a worker to give you great advice on what you need. Stock is hardly low.

YOU'LL FIND WHATEVER YOU NEED AT HOME DEPOT IF NOT THEY WILL HELP YOU FIND IT. LOTS OF CHOICES TO FIND IN VERY DEPARTMENT . LOTS OF PARKING AND THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

The associates at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they always go above and beyond to help the customers.

Good place to shop. However, surprisingly no sanitizing wipes to clean the cart handle. Make sure to carry one if you are without glove(s).

Many employees are not wearing face masks or practicing distancing. Aisles are often only about 6 feet wide and have two way traffic making distancing impossible. They could easily be marked one way as grocery stores are now doing. Cashiers in garden center have plastic shields around them, but often step out to scan items in cart, without masks. I know there isn't much that can be done to improve the public compliance, but employees are clearly not being monitored.

This is the worse possible DYI store. I visit it from time to time for 20 years because it's close to my home but usually drive to another store. Except for a few dedicated employees who try hard to help, the majority of employees do not care and do not know the products. The worse is the customer service with young uneducated employees that seem to make a point to make people life difficult. It took me an hour to leave a door on hold (it didn't fit in my car) and they didn't seems to bother to charge me $17 for the same same door to picked it up. Issues happen, but not trying to help a customer and the bad attitude is unacceptable. And it's not an isolated case... This is the price to pay to have only one store with no competition in an affluent neighborhood. What bother? I vote with my feet, and shop elsewhere!!

I had a great experience today at the Bollinger store. Everyone was willing and HAPPY to help. I got help with choice of shelf liner..... and light bulb...and fast check out....even had an employee bring me a cart from outside. Very pleasant experience.

Do you need a thug? A hooligan? A bandito? A criminal? The place is crawling with them in the parking lot, the management suite and at the registers. Yesterday, someone put a long paint scratch across the back of my car and today I was overcharged by about 28% on my purchase at checkout. Orchard Supply Hardware and Radio Shack went out of business by ignoring their customer and this Home Depot figures the path to profitability lies in hacking the customer off. Seriously guys, radical surgery is indicated if this store is to thrive.

I used to like this Home Depot but stepping on dog poop in the store is not what I expected. Why do they allow dogs in the store?

Why don't they hire someone to walk the isles and re-order out-of-stock items. Also, high employee turn-over. Poor employee training.

We are doing house remolding this year and ordered cabinet, windows and doors here. The associates are very friendly and really helpful, especially the cabinet designer, Bill, who goes above and beyond to help us design our cabinet perfectly.
