I needed a new deadbolt lock rekeyed to match my current locks. Jerry from the millwork dept was able to rekey the lock in a very short period of time. He explained to me the required adjustments I needed to make. The installation was a breeze.

Aldo from deliveries assisted me with some millwork question that I had. I Precise his opinion on the subject.

this store has gone downhill as far as customer service is concerned. if you have a concern, the store manager will not respond to you. when my wife complained about getting help loading 30 bags of mulch in her vehicle she was ignored, the manager promised to call my wife back, never did..

because we shop at different locations, I find myself comparing the service I and my wife revieve to the bolingbrook. This store has set some high standards for customer service

Customer service at this store is garbage. Ordered an item online and arrived to pick it up only to be told it was not in stock. They said i could cancel my order, after wasting an hour and a half waiting for them to look for it. Customer service counter was in a hurry to get to break or end her shift and couldn't have cared less about the problem. Spend your money where the staff at least pretends to care. THIS store has incompetent, lazy and rude employees (3 that I know for sure).

I love to go to this store, because of the friendly staff. Also the well organized store, easy to find stuff. I definately will go back again and again to this store for all my everyday purchases.

Overall I enjoyed my visit to Home depot. The store was clean and all the associate was very helpful.

I’m a frequent customer of this bolingbrook location and the staff truly provides excellent customer service. Today, Dakota was my customer service cashier staff that accommodated my request & provided excellent customer service as usual. Also: Sally, Rob in electric, Kathy in electric and Brenda in customer service have always been excellent with their customer service. Not every personnel is great, I have seen some rude attitude, low knowledges, low professionalism. Other Homedepot stores have much better quality of service and customer service. Not very happy with this store.

I spent HOURS researching snowblower features, quality, and pricing. After visiting numerous website including those with "special deals," I came back to where I started; The Home Depot. Their price was competitive for the identical Toro model I was seeking and they are in my back yard. I received friendly service and additional help to find the extended warranty offer by Toro. Home Depot is my "go to" resource on all things for the home.

The store was clean and well organized and the floor staff are very knowledgeable and professional. This last purchase was for a washer, and we were well educated regarding the types available.

The manager Mike was unwilling to resolve my problem with an online return. He displayed poor customer service skills and walked away in the midst of our conversation. His explanation was unsatisfactory and had he cared even a little bit I’m sure he could have figured out a resolution.
