I really enjoyed shopping at Home Depot today. Jake, Ruth, Chuck, Shahid,Joann, Mike, Jennifer and other team members contributed to my awesome experience. I will definitely be back to be delighted and finish up all my projects :) They are a wonderful team.

Been shoping this Home Depot for over 25 years. The staff is very customer focus and always welling and ready to assist. Many smiles and good manners. I have also got some good advice starting with how to get possum out of my window well and ending with getting an excellent electric ontractor and a construction contractor to build me a Gazebo and extend my patio.

Starting with Brian the manager giving exemplary customer service with finding my matching plants to Katherine the friendly helpful cashier to the yard/lot attendant Ruth helping me carefully load my shrubs plants & tree in the car I felt like family not a customer. I'll be back at this location for sure. Thank you you made my shopping experience great !

I buy my plants every year from home Depot besides other things but I love the fact that they help me stand out in my neighborhood. I get extra smiles and waves from my neighbors just because of the way I decorated my entrance and keep everything looking nice. I couldn't do without the wonderful team at Home Depot store #1939 😊

cashier Alexis was friendly and attentive. we did noticed that certain products did ring as expected. I brought it to his attention, He quickly investigated and corrected the over charge. he told us to have a nice day.

Employee Chris and Manager Jimmy were extremely understanding and helpful. Made my shopping experience extraordinary! Will definitely recommend shopping at this store.

I went to return the items but the cashier informed rules changed you can not return items more than 90 days transaction id 475113278-936-THD second one475117592-830-THD receipt says return declined. I did not expect this from home depot I lost 300+

If you want to do business at a store where employees do everything in their power to help you and provide what you came there for, shop here. In an era that customer service has diminished in so many ways, I want to shop where it's valued.

We have purchased many appliances and other items from Bolingbrook Home Depot and have been consistently satisfied. The store is clean and well organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

When you visit the BolingBrook store on North Weber Road ask for IVAN he is the best.

The staff here go over and above to help you find what you are looking for. Very polite and kind.

I went to THD to get a new dryer to replace our broken one. I can honestly say Hash in the appliance department gave me the best retail experience I’ve ever had. Such an uplifting attitude from him and I actually left the store happy (not something that normally happens after having an appliance break). The world could use more people like Hash in it.

I am not always great with technology. I had some questions for the cashier who was knowledgeable and walked me through the process I was asking about making my life easier and happier.

Mouna Elharisse, was an angel in disguise. She assisted me with my entire purchase. I would not have been able to purchase the items without her. I appreciate her agile approach to making my shopping experience easier and convenient.

Love shopping at the Home Depot

I shop at the Bolingbrook store 1 to 2 times a week. Awesome store because of the excellent staffing. They go above and beyond their jobs. Clean and orderly

The store is generally my favorite HD if I want service. None of the other HDs in my area compare. So shout out to the store. Eric and Ed in flooring were good. There was a worker unfamiliar to flooring who tried to help view things online and rather than keep guessing he knew to call for help. The person who helped was able to pull samples of all the cap a tread colors which saved me significant time trying to find them. Prior to flooring experience, there was a manager in appliances that helped me with wallpaper. But what sticks in my mind most today is how far above and beyond Denise Hall from measure services went in helping me. So the day I planned to sign and pay for new floors for a townhouse Ed send email (great job) to say he sent the quote. I did not get the quote so I called the store. Store suggested I go to measure services and they could pull it, they supposedly tried several times to send unsuccessfully. I called measurement services and Denise answered and listened to my frustration. She contacted the store, was able to rebuild my quote off of notes and computer entries made by Ed and was able to successfully send me a quote and also identified the cap a tread was not available and the store (cap a tread guy) remembered the samples I looked at so they gave substitute suggestion. Don't know who Denise talked to but kudos to that person for allowing Denise to go above and beyond. In the end, Denise got it all right and took the time and seriousness to know how important it was to have it right. Now I can only hope the install is much smoother than the experiences that lead up to 6/15 order finally.

This store consistently has what I'm looking for in stock. The garden dept, even for late in the season for planting was well kept and had a good selection. The parking lot employees get an A+ for being helpful (without being asked ) and courteous!

For the last ten years or more I’ve got no hazzle with this The Home Depot store. Of course, there were some flaws sometimes but it’s only minor and tolerable, nobody’s perfect isn’t it? Overall it’s still a convenient place !!!

This store can provide everything we need to remodel and re-hab, or just to upkeep the house unless it is a specialized item. Nice Job!

The Home Depot in Bolingbrook is an absolute joy - always a positive and clean environment with cool people who are ready to help. Been coming here for all of my home improvement needs for the past two years, and I’ve not yet had a negative experience.

Visited the plumbing on 4/7/23 at 5pm and the representative in the (I am guessing) was just starting his shift, went out of his way to listen, understand my concern. He rendered suggestions. His recommendation worked. I am very impressed. My regret is, I wish I had his name, darn it
