Very friendly and helpful location! Everyone went out of their way to help me from finding the products I needed, loading the heavy items onto the cart, to checking out and even into my car at curbside. I've NEVER had this type of service from anyone in South Florida!

I had a wonderful experience!!! The employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable of the product, gave an excellent suggestion which helped me a great deal. The cashier Jennivieve was very pleasant and accommodating, she made be smile. It’s good to know we still have pleasant people in the world today. I have recommended my friends and family to shop at this location.

Friendly staff, well stocked and very clean!!

Store was clean and had everything we wanted in stock. The cashier Charles was great, he asked if we wanted to open a charge account to save money, we did and it was worth it.

West Boca Home Depot needs to work on Assisting their customers, especially women. There's absolutely to many people out of work to be employed & not want to work. I was very frustrated today and this is not the first time. Thank God, I was able to rely on my cellphone for assistance. I typed in what I was looking for and it showed where to find what I needed.

I was assisted by a salesperson in finding the right products for the job I needed to do.

This location is always fully stocked and the cashiers are always friendly. Other locations should take a page out of the Mangers handbook at this location, her name is Angie she is always willing and available to help and solves any issues uou come across. She has more the helped me and husband with a few bumps at this location. Great job guys !!

BIG store has almost everything you need or they'll get it for you!!

I like shopping in this store because the people are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It is organized so a customer can find things easily and quickly. The check out moves quickly. When I have a few items the customer registers are ease to use. As a trouble solver, Fran is the best. During Covid I preferred to use the home delivery system, which they offered. When I encountered a problem, she assured me it would be resolved and she fixed it. She should be recognized as a an exceptional employee and a Covid Caring Partner.

Home Depot has always been a great store. It has knowledgeable employees that are both courteous and friendly. They always seem to have what you need and go out of the way to try to find that sample you bring in from 20 years ago that even you don't know what it is. Home Depot is just a good retail experience.

The associates are very helpful. The store is convenient to my home (1.3 miles). There is a Publix supermarket, DSW and ULTA Beauty in the same complex.

I went today to Home Depot to get paint David helped me and mach the paint color I needed with passion and knowledge and standing customers service. And when check out Kyla the Cashier was super nice and polite you guy are rook stars and made my day. Thank you for the great experience.

I am very disappointed at the customer service. It is unfortunate since we do like the Behr paint line and the electrical section. What store allows a cashier to tell a customer to go back and get another item off the shelf so it has a bar code that can be scanned? I had a landscape timber,like many lumber products, that had no bar code. I told her I would wait while she look it up. If it was not my wife going back across the store to get the code, I would of left the item and walked out. To add to the situation -- the other cashier across the way also made a customer go back to the garden tool section for the same problem. This store needs to invest a lot more time him training cashiers to be proficient at the register and customer service aware. Not to mention, some a bit more mature. The cashier was friendly, but clueless. I really do not have a desire to go out of my way to shop at this particular Home Depot. The one south in Coconut Creek has a better team of associates.
