March 21 2021, bought a faucet around 12:30 this older Lady with a husky voice, help me pick one in my budget, I so appreciate it, She has her attention on Me, thank you so much.

My visit to this Home Depot was pleasant for several reasons. Locating the item I was looking for was a breeze because after asking several employees, each was able to help me locate the exact item I was looking for. The store was clean and I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Cashier Tio was very happy and pleasant. It was difficult to find any employees to assist me. The isles and shelfes are a mess. Get more staff and make your prices match shelf to checkout.

You can always find what you need to complete a project at home depot. Just step in and follow the signs for the items you need for the job. If you need help, the employees are always ready to lend a hand.

Bob, who we found in the electrical aisle 37, was like our personal shopper and helped us get everything we needed in the store which required going to aisle 7 and other places in the store. He was so knowledgeable about everything and made our shopping experience fantastic. Then when we checked out, Immaculee, was so awesome helping us check out and made it so easy. We had a bunch of stuff and she was fantastic too.

As stated above, Bradley, the cashier at returns was extremely helpful and pleasant. All employees could follow his example.

I have lived in NYC LA and Boca Raton and by far the staff at this location is above alllll the rest I’ve ever known from Home Depot! Mead and Alexandra are just such amazing people! You’re so lucky to have such kind conscientious staff at this location. Again and again I see the quality of your staff!

I went to Home Depot to pick up some Christmas lights and a nativity scene. Vinnie was professional, personable, and very helpful. He made my black Friday shopping experience, enjoyable.

I bought a new Moen faucet for kitchen and very pleased!!!

Mead is an amazing individual who never says no about helping! He is always in his feel! He makes sure to help you all the way with every you need it doesn't matter what department.

I always enjoy this particular store but this trip was even better than usual. 9:30 pm and Steven in plumbing department (who will be turning 75 soon) was super helpful and knowledgeable!

Couldn’t find the Dustbuster I needed Stephanie and Mitch went out of their way to find one then Ben went out of his way to set up will call pick up for a toilet 3 great outstanding employees best Customer Service I’ve ever received!!!

My local homedepot , hubby and I have their credit card so we buy here every week since we are modeling our home. One day I came across a gentleman name Mead, he help me out and made us feel very important with everything we needed, since day one! Thank you

2 prices were wrong when I went up to the self check out area today and cashier could care less and did not want to adjust the prices! Most store home depot and west Boca Raton location! No regular cashiers to talk to and dealing with a nasty self service cashier ruined my day!!

Mead was the most amazing employee. He took the time to help us and work with us to get everything we needed to refloor our bedroom.

VERY POOR "customer service" and constantly has excessive Out-Of-Stock items.

I replace these filters ever 3 months n hope the solution does the job to unclog.
