Store it's self is very nice and clean. I have never had any problems with the staff. There is however, low income housing right next door and today I was hassled by a guy asking me for money. I was trying to load stuff I bought into the bed of my pickup truck but after I told this guy "no" he kept talking to me even when I told him to "go away or else we would have problems". He asked me before I went into the store as well. I told an employee about it but nothing was ever seemingly done about it since he was still roaming the parking lot when I was done shopping. Be careful in the parking lot if you bring your kids with you!

By far, the friendliest, most helpful business in the Benton Harbor area! Highly recommend them to anyone needing to make a purchase.

Now that they have some real old school customer service, respect, and employees you'd be unwise to buy without their assistance if your unfamiliar with a product line. Google is a great start, the senior citizens working at Home Depot are before checkout and you won't go wrong. These guys are professional, experienced, happy to help and whats missing in this new age of technology.

Don’t buy the gift grill at the store. You’ll probably wait a half hour if the manager to come out and unlock it without any apologies for the wait.

The store empoyee's will always take time to show you exactly where a item is that you are looking for regardless on what they were doing when you ask a question.

Their paint department is always spot on and knowledgeable!

Store has no cashiers. There was three employees looking at self checkout lanes. How about put one of those employees behind a register.

Home Depot employees always make eye contact and ask if you need assistance! The norm in most stores is that the employees avoid making eye contact and avoid interaction. Thanks Home Depot for your service in the community!

I got lost in the store the tool there no organized I was looking for the nailers they suppose to be next to the air compressor but they was two line down no enough tile selection, the service is ok nice guy try to help
