We have been trying to buy a range for over a year and no one has helped us at other places we tried and the one we wanted at home depot was never available, but for once a guy came up and offered to help us. It was finally available and he got us all set. Had a scare when we voided the transaction to go to the register but thank god for this one great employee he figured it out and handled the situation phenomenally and we couldn't be happier! Special thanks to Matthew!

This store has some of the friendliest and most helpful employees of any Home Depot. The selection is smaller than some other Home Depots but we drive to this store because we're sure to get help finding everything we need. Definitely one of the better Home Depots in terms of customer service.

Totally impressed with my visit to Home Depot today. First time I've walked out of any store with a smile on my face in a long time. I found everyone courteous, friendly, and helpful all the way through. The woman in the paint department (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) was so helpful and then when I needed assistance with purchasing a storm door I easily found assistance and placing my order was a breeze. At the returns/checkout, Chuck couldn't have been nicer with my return and purchase transactions. Unfortunately this hasn't been my experience at other home improvement stores but I'm happy to say this is my new favorite store!

We are doing a bathroom remodel and my husband has sent me to get things he needs, most of the trips are for plumbing fittings and such. Everytime, from the Cashiers to the floor staff, my visits have been enjoyable! Everyone has been so helpful, knowledgeable and so very friendly! I have been impressed, thanks Home Depot! I do want to also say that one of the Cashiers, I know his name now as he has been my Cashier several times, very pleasant and cheerful!

I am most satisfied. I bought a new dryer and it was easy. The service was the best. Good prices on products. I highly recommend this store.

Be careful. I ordered a dishwasher and the cashier entered the wrong phone number. So the 3 weeks I already waited is extended another 10 days due to this. Triple check that they enter your phone number correctly...

Super Clean, perfectly displayed and very helpful staff both courteous and professional. Specific in this case was Paula in the Paint Dept. Outstanding help and time saving assistance. Really appreciated her.

The store employees I met were friendly and extremely helpful. I needed help in lumber and within 10 minutes all my questions were answered and I was taken to the service area that I needed. They cut the wood panels to the lengths I needed, helped me load all the wood on the cart and helped me to the checkout. Excellent customer service.

The associates are friendly and helpful. Not like other big box stores. It always clean and organize and I like shopping at the Home Depot store in benton harbor.

We were fortunate to have had Alvina assisting us to purchase our snowblower. She made our shopping experience exceptional, pleasant and we appreciate her patience during the process. The initial product we were searching for was out of stock, however she found an alternative for us and we are more than pleased. She made us feel like we were appreciated and valued as a customer.

Very pleasant visit, several people throughout the store assisted. I was not misled by someone professing to know! When I suggested a path of action it was pursued until I had on order, with discounts intact my purchase!

The people here make the difference. They make it seem like a small town store with personable service. While they did not stock large appliances there, they are willing to work with people to help as much as possible. The people there stop to ask if you need anything and even if they are busy, they make eye contact and acknowledge you with a nod and a smile in their eyes. Highly recommended!

I've always have had wonderful customer service at this Home Depot. They've helped me with all my appliance needs and kitchen remodel project.

Store does not have selection as other larger Home Depot's but the employees tend to be helpful and nice when you can find them.

I went to the Benton Harbor, Michgan store to get supplies to re-do a bathroom in one of my rental properties. The plumber asked me to have the materials available when he comes to work tomorrow, so I went in with my list, but had a lot of questions that I wasn't sure about. I asked a clerk for help and she said "I will get someone in plumbing." Soon Natalee Rogers came to help me. She was very knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed in the price range I wanted. She then placed the order, took my card info, and then helped me take the two carts out of the store. She arranged for three men to be there to help me load. A very positive experience by everyone I talked to.
