Karmin was a ray of light and so unbelievably helpful.

I had a great experience with Keith who is also a former Veteran like my husband. He went above and beyond with helping me find exactly what I needed with the added bonus of walking me straight to where the products were even though they were on opposite sides of the store. He also went over the veteran discount program and showed me how to get the Home Depot app and sign up with IDme so my husband could start using the veteran discount. So happy to have this customer service in Bend OR.

Bought a John Deere lawn mower but have not had a chance to use it yet for it is raining at my house. I expect this tractor will be as good as the service I received.

Unlike most big box sores, you can always find a really nice and really helpful employee here. I've gotten great advice from really patient employees over and over as I set up my new house.

It’s rare now a days to encounter an employee in retail that does their job well. Krystal is that person who does an over the top great job. She fixed my problem without waiting on hold, putting me off, or passing me on. She took care of it. On the spot.

Gabby greeted me immediately. She has a sweet loving heart. She opened the door to get a bird out. I love birds. Charlie went out of his way to help me find a solution to cleaning a rubber seal .. brilliant and friendly manager

Great store. The parking lot has dividers that makes it difficult to navigate with a cart from one lane to another. Remember where you park your car so you can avoid an extra looping back through the parking lot with a cart full of items like I did.

The staff at Bend Home Depot are not worth the convenience of going to this location. The Redmond store is much more organized for easy shopping and the staff are actually helpful.

We furnished our entire backyard project with Home Depot. The employees at Home Depot are just different. In a great way. We will only shop here for our project needs. The customer service is what stands out above it's competition.

I'm a contractor and buy every day at HD. Needed faucets and supply lines for a repair job. Only partial quantities on shelves. First aisle, showed "Coach" what I needed from topstock. Some attitude, but OK. Second aisle, needed supply lines. Badgered me that they were on the shelf (after I'd spent 10 minutes digging through incorrect customer put-backs), and then proceeded to tell me that they don't make a 3/8" - when the standard shutoff valves are 3/8", and I showed him the printed 3/8" on the box. Bad attitude, made a snarky remark which then pushed me to having attitude of my own, after which he hollered that "I'll just take my time getting the ladder".

I was looking for a GE microwave. The GE microwave that we had for 19 years stopped working. I will always stay with GE products as they are reliable and made in U.S.A.

I bought a myriad of items and was greeted by 3 employees during my visit. They were helpful and very nice!!! I hardly ever experience that elsewhere these days.

I’ve noticed customer service has been greatly improved within the last couple months. Gabi at the checkout counter is definitely 5 stars. She’s always very helpful!!!
