Always easy to find what ever I'm looking for.

The products i was easy to fine. the store is clean, and the assistance friendly and helpful.

Better at keeping things in stock than the 4 Home Depots closer to me, so sometimes I have to drive the extra 20 miles to get there. When I'm there, a larger percentage of the staff seem extra friendly & helpful than at other Home Depots.

I have been shopping at this store for more than 15 years and have always been able to find what I need. I did an extensive remodeling project on my house several years ago and received a lot of advice from the store associates. If I do not know where a particular item is located in the store, there is always a store associate nearby to direct me to the right place and numerous times they have have actually taken me to the aisle where the item is located and offered advice. This is my go to store for almost everything.

Wow! Today's shopping experience at The Home Depot in Belton was amazing! I was working on a project that I was not extremely familiar with, so I had to return some items and purchase others. The greeter welcomed me and then guided me to where I needed to go. He was extremely kind, professional and a great greeter! The lady at customer service took her time to help me, answering my questions and looking for a replacement, fielding phone calls quickly and professionally and ensuring the guest behind me knew she had seen him and would help him as soon as possible. After returning my items without problem, I went to search for a replacement and with the reassurance of one of the other customer service agents and a work around in case it didn't work the way I needed to, I was able to finish my trip and get all that I needed. I was extremely appreciative for the kind efficient helpful way in which I was helped. I definitely will be going back again!

Pleasant employees are helpful for small purchases, but the abysmal handling of an order for plastic fencing makes it impossible to recommend this store for anything that you can't pick up on site.

Angie in the kitchen appliance department is great to work with. It can be frustrating to shop right now with lots of shortages but she’s patient and will help you find what you need if it’s at all possible. She’s warm and friendly too!

I have always had a wonderful experience in this store. Very courteous and professional employees. They really go out of their way to assist customers. A special "shout out" to Gilbert for all of his help!

The employees don't help the customers and check out woman exercises of your thief other than that there was everything I needed in the store but if you can get somebody to help you also if you look anything other than a carpenter going in there or a plumber maybe they're going to look at you like your thief

I have been shopping at this location for several years through a remodeling project on my residence and for items in connection with my rental properties. I have always been able to find what I need and the store employees are most helpful.

I always get fantastic customer service at this store. There are also a lot of knowledgeable associates that are patient with my questions as a beginner diy-er.

Very friendly customer service with knowledgeable staff. From the store manager and the people in each department they made our experience a pleasure. We purchased flooring ,lights, paint and even learned about Milwaukee power tools from the representative. even the cashier was a pleasure to work with.

Store was clean and easy to find. Met and exceeded my satisfaction.

We arrived at 8:15pm. I was excited to finally be able to purchase paint for a family project. The isle I needed was closed off. I waited for about 30 minutes before she asked me what I wanted, as if became very obvious I was waiting to get into this isle. The older lady in the paint department was visibly upset that she would need to stop stocking shelves to let me into the paint isle and that I wanted to ask questions, as I needed some advice on my project. She did not want to do any research to help me find the right product for my project initially, she just told me what I picked out wouldn't work. The younger lady did help me find an at a different store but by this time the store was closing and we were leaving. We will not be back at this Home Depot or make a trip out to the Bannister store as recomeneded. At this point we will do the research on our own and go to a different store tomorrow to make our purchase. The whole experience put a damper on the project I have been so excited about.

This is a idea factory for great ideas, tools and gifts, projects for those you love and care about. Lighting, plants, sprucing up the lawn, tree trimming, electrical, plumbing and repair for home or business, doors, sinks, heating, cooling, appliances and floors, you have what I need,.

I’ve will never shop for supplies here again. They messed up my flooring measurements (twice!!). My window order was messed up and I still haven’t received my $6k refund (going on a month)! They put my remodel project behind schedule by 6 weeks! Costing me well over $5k in labor, late fees and discounts to the customer so I didn’t lose their business!! Home Depot has made me rewrite this review 3 times because of my honesty.

this is a very well put together store the employee do really well helping you find merchandise that you need help with.its great to be able to shop for quality merchandise at fair price

instore time will be improved by adjusting your forklift rules. get rid of the useless flag man. turn down the ear splitting beep and use the beep only when backing up

The employees at this store are remarkable- always going out of their way to make you comfortable and very sincere in trying to make your trip there a pleasant one

I had a great experience at your location Sunday 8.30. I was met at the door by a friendly team member that knew the location of the item I needed. She also helped me get it carried to the car.

I have been shopping at the Belton, MO store since 2014. I have been very pleased with the the cleanliness and layout of the store (things are easy to locate because your signage is in full display at each aisle. Your Associates are friendly and helpful. I have purchased storm doors, security door, large appliances and a HVAC system. I have been very pleased with the delivery and setup of all items. The HVAC system has not been installed yet but I expect the service will be exemplary.

If your looking to buy something such as flooring, you may want to just head straight to another home depot. If you do happen to go to this store for it anyway, I highly recommend asking them to check inventory to make sure they have what you need before paying. I made a purchase and was told my order would be ready in 30 minutes. Over an hour later I get someone that brings out less than half of my order and informs me that the rest is not available at this store. So I had to get a refund and spend extra time and money to go to another location to get the rest of my material.
