This home depot had great products at a good price. All employees were very helpful and nice.

Britton spent all the time I needed to find the solution that worked for me. I took at least 10 trips back and forth from my truck to the aisle where he was helping me. He was very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. It took us about two hours, but we finally fixed it!

I had to make several trips this holiday weekend for a large project. Each time the employees at the Belton store were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. Maddy was especially nice greeting us, getting me the special cart I needed from across the store and loading the car. He was friendly and never made me feel like a burden. I think this is the best home improvement store I have ever visited due to the over the top customer service. Someone needs to give these guys a bonus!

I've found myself shaking my head in disappointment at recent customer service experiences in so many different places. SO refreshing to experience FANTASTIC customer service on my most recent shopping trip.

In the evening. Went to take a bath and faucet broke. Went to the store and had exactly what I needed.

I purchased a riding mower and was met with obstacles that Alexa G. and Matthew C. completely overcame with ease and expertise. This was a very pleasant purchase for such a big ticket item because of these employees. The customer service that this store provides is unmatched anywhere in this area. If we need any items for repairs, replacement or building, this is our first stop because of the level of customer service and items in stock.

I like this Home Depot above all others for their high level of customer service. I'm not a fan of the main isle ways crammed with products, making maneuvers difficult at times. Still a very pleasant experience.

I bought heavy stone edging and they loaded on my cart and then into my truck all with smiles and great attitude. They suggested items I almost forgot that I needed and welcomed me to come back to show them my finished project. I have more to get and now I will go to HomeDepot over the other stores in town. Great Customer Service!

I bought Scott's grass seed at Home Depot today, the grass seed is not the story. My cashier Lola in Customer Service is the story. She saw the confusion on my face and approached me to see if she could be of assistance, she answered my questions and then walked the bag of seed to her register and rang me up all with a smile on her face.

Just moved in and had many things on our to do list. The store employees are knowledgeable and helpful in filling our list. When something was not at the store they found where it was and also told us the time the other store closed. We are very satisfied with this store and will e bake for future projects because of this positive experience.

The pro desk Brenda, Lyndsay, Rick are great. Then you have Hadley and Kelly who always go above and beyond. Great customer service and really the only reason I continue using Home Depot.

From the get go, the Belton, MO location, the two women at the customer service desk were disrespectful and rude. Cashier Amanda at the customer service desk had some kind of attitude for whatever reason because my significant other is a sub-contractor/remodeler who does not have good bookkeeping and lost a receipt to the items we were returning. A little while later I kindly asked for a price check on some Christmas items, which has clearanced almost everywhere by now. Both women proceeded to make me feel uncomfortable because they failed to do their job and take items off the shelf they “supposedly” can’t sell even though it’s still on the floor. As we were walking out, I told my significant other about my experience with the customer service desk ladies after he went to go find an item for a job. He went back inside only to be disrespected by both customer service desk cashier Amanda and other insignificant disrespectful Home Depot female employee. They were supposedly going to give me a “deal” on said Christmas items I was able to buy just fine at the self checkout. My significant other said “Deal? There is no deal to be made.” They failed to do their job and they were disgruntled and wanted to blame the customer who brought it to their attention only seeking for a price scan since the Home Depot app does not provide an accurate price. Even when explaining the situation to one of the managers, John, he acted like he didn’t care whatsoever about the situation.

I'm satisfied with store product but sweeps doesn't sound fair judging by the rules

It is good to be helped by someone who knows the product, is able to help and answer questions.

The employees here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely go out of their way to help!! I have been here multiple times in the last few weeks and have had nothing but the best experience!
