As a contractor I use HD quite often. The staff is always helpful. Nathan loves when I bring my diabetic service dog in with me on occasion. He always has treats for her and will take time to sit down on the floor to show her some love. Tells alot about this man and his good soul. Tamika in the paint department is awesome. She helped me get a specific custom color for one of my clients and she went above and beyond getting it right. She also is a super sweet lady that takes the time to talk with you and she is pretty darn funny.

Wife was looking for an 18v fan for her dog shows. Ryobi was having a great sale on the one she wanted so she bought two. Also found the plants she had been looking in other places.

The Home Depot team customer service is extrodinary

Fantastic service I shop at other Home Depot's, in KCMO (31st Street & Bannister) very often, depending on where the property that I am working on is located, but hands down the Belton Home Depot has enough staff floating around to assist, the staff were super knowledgeable, the store was clean, well stocked and organized better than any of the other's that I frequent. The other stores need to model after this location.

Multiple employees stepped up today to give us a hand. Very friendly. Check out in pro department Kelli,was very friendly.

Went to purchase some appliances at Home Depot today and Rachelle helped us with our purchase. From start to finish she was very kind and polite and genuinely seemed to want to help us and offered suggestions on products. If you need appliances, I would highly recommend Home Depot. Between the staff and the great prices, you can't go wrong!

I always have a great time in this store. So many helpful people eager to point me in the direction I need.

Every time I've been to this location I've never had any issues. They seem to be well staffed and have very knowledgeable employees. The store is also always very clean and easy to navigate through.

I have a bleacher seat that came apart, and I really needed to see if it could be fixed because of some missing screws etc. Hector kindly approached and inquired to see if I needed help. I did. He so kindly looked at the repair needed, found the best way to repair it, and did. I do not think it will ever come apart again. Thank you, Hector.

Kim provided excellent customer service. In this day and age of self checkout, Kim could have done nothing other than observe, instead she jump right in, rang me up and bagged my items. She did this with a beautiful smile on her face. She also thanked me for my business. This type of service is nearly extinct. Kim, thanks for showing excellent customer service can still be provided to HD customers!!!

We visited the Belton store today to get some paint and some flooring to redo our bathroom. I was looking for a specific paint color and ask Tami a question as to where I could find it. She stared me blankly in the face for about 10 seconds before pointing in the direction of the samples. When I picked up my colors, I brought the papers up to the counter. She proceeded to sip her coffee, type a text message and point to the options (flat, eggshell etc) while in the middle of explaining that I wanted egg shell she literally walked away and helped somebody else. Once we made it to the checkout and I was able to speak with a manager, Matt, our experience got much better. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a couple things we were missing, and Heidi was able to help us at the checkout she was also extremely kind and very apologetic for our issue with Tami in the Paint department. So kudos to Matt and Heidi. Tami you need to find a different job…. that doesn’t involve customer service.

I was in the store December 10, 2023 to purchase an extension cord/power strip with a flat plug needed to fit into a tight space behind furniture. I found what we needed at a very reasonable price. When I went to the self checkout, I could not locate the code to scan. So, I went to customer service where Asher helped me (he removed the cord from the wrapping and found the code). I appreciate the good value and Asher's assistance.

Lola and Matthew are the best. They were the only ones who were able to help me.

Despite a company wide system glitch Rowen helped me get the item I needed and was extremely patient and helpful during the 3 hours I was there. As the mother of a transgender child I was disappointed that Rowen’s coworkers kept misgendering him. Rowen handled it with Grace and professionalism!

Belton Home Depot employees supported a purchase and install of water heater for a quoted price. Third party contactor installed as described, however upcharged for products given in quote. Home Depot has no record of quote, cannot provide an itemized receipt and the customer is left paying the difference. Third Party installer did not provide copied of install agreement, or record of signed documents. Customer had to visit store 2 times to get documents, and left with more questions than answers. Be advised to get quotes in writing, do not sign contracts with installers if disagreements on service exist, and do not expect support in dispute resolution other than filling out a survey online.

We had issues with an online order and couldn't complete it so we went into the store and they got us logged in and the order placed. Sam G and Shantel were great to work with.

Debbie G. Is a great worker. Answer all our questions and stayed with us till we loaded our item.

Every staff person I encountered helped me in the different depts I was shopping in, and if they didn't have an answer, found someone who did.
