I WENT LOOKING FOR NEW DISH WASHER AND STOVE . NO ONE WAS IN THE MAJOR APPLIANCE AREA TO HELP THE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS LIKE MYSELF. I STOP AT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO QUESTION THE FREE DEL. OF MAJOR APPLIANCE PURCHASES AND WAS TOLD NO FREE DEL. THIS WAS A BIG SALE WEEKEND ??? BUT NO HELP ???

Cashier Jennifer was VERY helpful with a Milwaukee tool I was having a problem with. I was able to get the matter sorted out with her help. Once I got the tool problem resolved, I went back and purchased some lumber and deck screws. Store was clean and well staffed.

The store is clean, well stocked and the associates are very helpful.

It's a great place to go I found the things I needed right away.

Good store well stocked in all departments. Particularly good in gardening. Contractor area cashiers are all top notch helpful folk who make your visits pleasant and productive.

Employees go above and beyond. Shelves are almost always stocked with what you need. I travel to this store, rather then go to the closer one where I live.

I've been to many Home Depot's and I've never received such amazing customer service as I did in Bellport. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I live 30 min away and I would travel there again just for the experience. Other Home Depot's should take note.

Employees here went beyond what they had to do. John from paint, and Eugene loaded a 7 person patio set onto a wagon, and brought it out of the store and loaded it into my car without being asked. Bravo for those guys.

I have been shopping here since this store opened. Of all the Home Depot's I found it to be the best overall, It's some distance from where I live but it's usually been worth the extra miles. Employees are great IF you can find the right one you need who knows what they are doing.

Store atmosphere has definitely changed in recent years. Most managers aren't too friendly towards customers or their own associates. A displeasing thing to know. Customer service desk is always speedy and helpful though and I must say this store is always clean and usually have what i need in stock.
