Customer orders helper JOSE always very friendly, understanding,skillful and helpful. He really exceeded my expectations explaining about the product, giving a hand loading into the car, and even remembering my name when i returned to pick up the rest of my order.I wish every other stores associates would be so friendly and helpful as this young gentleman Jose in Bellport Home Depot - he was beyond and above !

Big NO. Zero associates helped me for 30 minutes. I just needed help with cabinet hardware and the person who was suppose to help me ignored me and helped other people while i was waiting around. 10/10 would NOT Recommend.

The employees in this store offer the most amazing customer service. I went in to purchase an item that had a large quantity in stock but was up above the shelving units and out of reach. Two employees immediately assisted me and moved many items to do so without hesitation. Their front end customer service team is also amazing. Great store, great staff, whatever you are doing to train staff on the customer experience, is working and they go above and beyond. I will be making this my home store from now on even though there is another one closer to where I live. Thank you!

It was good. George helped us cut chain, he's a good worker, if you see him he's great for aide.

This store always is well stocked and the employees are always polite and willing to help.Im handicap these workers always help,other stores like the Shirley Home Depot,some of the works see your handicap and they avoid you.And the Bellport store always has charged handicap carts in the Shirley store the handicapcarts run out of power fast..Go to this Bellport homedepot you won’t be let down

Terrific new store for me (of maybe 25 I've been in. Found everything I went for in their sort "normal" spots and someone helped me find the snaps i needed.

The greeter Gerardo is super helpful and went out of his way to help us with a shelving floor model.
