I just wanted to take a second to thank Daisy from the service desk. I am a customer service manager for a regional supermarket chain and know how difficult working with the public can be.. I came in today to pick up a portable car lift I purchased online. This item was originally to be delivered directly to my home however after the trucking company lost the first one completely and I had to make several phone calls to HD customer service and many completely useless calls to Estes the trucking company. HD online services refunded my original order and reorder it this time being delivered to the store closest to my home. When the item was reordered I was told I'd be receiving a 10% off discount for my inconvenience. I happily accepted and awaited the call from the Bellingham store to come get the replacement lift. Later that day I realized as I reviewed my emails that I not only didn't get the 10% off I was told about but I was in fact charged $20 more than the original order. When I went to the store I asked Daisy's advice on how to proceed with getting this overcharge corrected as I was not looking forward to more time on the phone after the hours I already has spent. Daisy called herself and pleaded my case for me. After about 20 minutes of trying to talk the online associate through how to make it right she put the online associate on hold so that I could collect my lift and be on my way. Every step of the way Daisy was the perfect customer service advocate and should be celebrated.

I purchased a base to a patio umbrella online. I needed to return the base and the return department was very helpful Stress free experience,

I came into customer service to see if I could have someone help me to purchase a riding mover. Daisy couldn’t get anyone to help me since the store was so busy. So she worked with me to make the purchase happen. I am so happy to have worked with her. Her patience with me was outstanding. Thank You Daisy.

It's wonderful to be greeted at the entrance by a sincere person and a sincere greeting, as well as to see very happy employees who all go out of their way to assist in whatever I need. The store is clean, organized and has a great feel. The products I need are always in stock, the prices are great and checkout is fast and easy. Wonderful shopping experience always!

Home Depot has some shady business practices. I was sent a $20. coupon for being a loyal Pro customer. When I went to use it my total went from $751. To $776. I was told that I lose my Pro pricing if I use the coupon. That in my opinion is poor business and unethical. I used a $20 coupon and ended up loosing out on $45. I tried calling and got put on hold and hung up on 3 times. Will shop elsewhere whenever I can. Big box store beating the little business guy out of a $20. coupon. Stay away!

In my opinion If I could rate this place zero stars I would. So disorganized, unhappy and unknowledgeable employees, lumber is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, the people at the contractor desk would rather talk than help. Customer service reps are rude; often won’t look up from there phone or stop their conversation to help the customer. I go out of my way to use other Home Depot stores because this one is so bad. Across the board this store is horrible. I’m sure it’s hard getting help but this is ridiculous. Of course this is all my opinion.

Got super good service at Bellingham Home Depot. I was picking up a trailer full of heavy 2 x 12 x 16 lumber and did not have a helper. Home depot employees helped me load, unload and made a difficult errand go smoothly.

Dissatisfied with Home Depot's policy. Home Depot would not allow the use of gift cards when using one of Home Depot's 10% off coupons. Gift cards are the same as cash therefore I don't understand Home Depot's policy

People there are always helpful polite and friendly

The employees are always helpful and happy to help. The store was clean. I found the product that I wanted to purchase with a helpful employee leading me to it. I was asked if I needed help by many employees. Very satisfied and the price was great to o.

Place is always clean and staff for more than the most part are always polite and accessible. I look forward coming to this location over the Natick location.
