I needed a bucket for a fitness activity and the store was able to help me source exactly what I needed. A 5 Gallon pail would have been too small but go figure, a recycling bin was perfect.

I wanted a new bathroom, i went to Home Depot, looked around, scanned the QR code for a bathroom quote, Re bath guy named Maurice the salesman came, he was an excellent salesman. The work started earlier than expected and the job was done in a day and a half. The crew was professional and veryn skilled. Everything came out excellent

As a female I could not get the help I needed to bring a sliding screen panel to the register. It was 80” long and told by employee he couldn’t leave his desk. Passed a couple of employees along the way who looked away as I struggled with it. The indifference I experienced was awful!!

I’ve had many great experiences at the Bellingham Home Depot. The people that work there are very helpful and go out of their way to find exactly what you’re looking for. And the stock is very good quality. I bought all new brass doorknobs for my house and each one was in mint condition (after having first purchased from another retailer, where that was not the case and had to return them). So the quality is very good and the people are terrific.

I brought some large composite decking and that was only available to be delivered at store (in this case Bellingham HD) but it was not possible for me to get that material by myself in a truck rented from HD. Tony and ADAM helped me to organize delivery at home. Great customer focused service by them, and that is a winner for me.

Stopped in for a return and every staff member was amazing. Even went out of their way to help us find a door that we had been searching for.

We have nothing but glowing responses for every employee at this store. From assistance in finding items, to loading product to our cars, every person at this store is knowledgeable and always helpful.

Wendy in outdoor seasonal decor was extremely helpful. It's a pleasure to shop in a store where the associate (in this case Wendy) seems to enjoy being there and was very helpful!

Common HVAC filter size unavailable. Ladder I wanted was in stock, but not on the shelves. Waited 15 minutes for it to be addressed and gave up. Sheryl at the register was very rude.

I am at the store at least 5 times a week. Occasionally I need to return items and they are always so helpful and accommodating. Thankful for that.

The customer service I received at this store was absolutely top-notch. Wendy and Brian went above and beyond.

My partner and I are new homeowners and had a bunch of random items on our list. Brian was wonderful and saw us struggling to find something and offered his assistance. I've never seen such a disorganized and messy store.

I went into the store in panic trying to find a solution to something I broke on the car. Jim who was on the floor with the hardware dept patiently listened to my problem, helped me find the right bolts (there are so many drawers and stuffs to search) in a very helpful, friendly way. I was able to get out there with right bolts for the right price! What a great experience! He is a keeper!

I can always depend on Home Depot Bellingham for the greatest customer service and support, and all the right products I need to get my projects done right. Thank you!!

The customer service person Daisy is a rude, condescending phony with zero knowledge and training on Home Depot's Price Match Policy. Someone named Heba who was presented to me as a manager was equally incompetent with respect to the Price Match Policy. Had to call the Home Depot Corporate customer service from my phone at the store to rectify the horrible situation. I relayed what the Corporate customer service was stating to do and they refused to listen and comply. Store is always messy, dirty and disorganized. Products not priced properly or at all. The one product I required is so often on a pallet on the highest shelf and they need a "licensed forklift operator" to come and get it down. it takes forever. Some materials and products being sold in a hardware store type warehouse such as home depot may be expected to be a little dusty or dirty etc. but if your going to sell electronics and other endless household items you may want to keep those products clean from your inches of thick dirt and dust. the aisles are cluttered and especially the wide area around the service desk. customers expect more but have come to accept this horrible service.

There was plenty of good products to choose from throughout the store.

Very pleased with my recent kitchen appliances shopping experience. Beshr (from kitchen appliances sale) customized the bundle of appliances for me. His advice to consider kitchen stove installation dimension, to have not less than 18" between stove top and bottom of microwave clearance. That information prompted me to change stove model that I originally chose to one that require only 15” and avoid installation refusal. Apparently, it is a common mistake since installation code changed for many stove models. Thank you Beshr!

I bought floor tile great price and job looks good.

I worked with Justine and she was just great getting my kitchen designed and cabinets and countertops ordered. If you are looking for do any sort of redo and you need cabinets. Go see Justine!!

Went to Home Depot and needed a washer and got it

Home Depot's Bellingham store is the best!! I've shopped at other Home Depot locations and none compared to the warm, friendly, and excellent service I received at the Bellingham location.
