Store is near my house so I shop there frequently........Customer service is pretty good on a consistent basis

I come to Home Depot all the time, but I must admit this was one of my best trips. Usually I come in and go out but the ladies at the customer service was so nice. Valencia and Mona really made feel like a valued customer. We laughed, we talked, they took their time and didn’t rush me out. Will definitely will be back

Excellent store. I have never had a bad experience there. The store is clean and not cluttered at all. Items are in stock and employees are very friendly and helpful. It is definitely my favorite Home Depot store. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!

This location is clean, organized, and well staffed. Staff is willing to help you find products and can help guide you to the right equipment.

It is much cleaner than other stores! I always find what I need and the associates are friendly. I love the garden center!

Upon several occasions I have been greeted with friendly smiles and helping hands I have always been able to find what I needed and if it wasn’t on the shelf the associate always looked online to see if they could find it in another store or to offer shipping to my home or to the store.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA store on Coursey Blvd. Employee Name: Diego Quality of Service: Very Poor One of the Home Depot employees, Diego, refused to even ask another employee to help me. It wasn’t his department and he didn’t care if I got help or not! Simply told me ‘no’ and walked away! This guy should be reprimanded! Who treats customers like that?! This was our conversation: ME: Excuse me. Is someone working in this area? (Plumbing) DIEGO: Someone should be around (as he tries to rush off). ME: I’ve looked for someone and no one is around. DIEGO: I work in Gardening. (again tries to walk away). ME: Can you call someone to help me? DIEGO: No; sorry ma’am. (as he rushes away) I can’t believe he refused to even ASK ANOTHER employee to help me!!!!! He just walked away!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have lots of renovations left to do. I will have to consider Lowe’s for the rest of my purchases.

The store was very clean. Some floor associates are laxed and some are great. Front end cashiers could be friendlier and take customer complaints more serious. No self checkout accepted cash, very inconvenient. Overall good shopping trip because the store is stocked well and tidy.

If you have a refrigerator delivered and installed please make sure you take all plastic wrap and tape off the shelves inside the freezer and refrigerator. They delivered while my wife was present but she didn’t think anything of it. They told her to keep the doors closed for a minimum of 5 hours and not to remove anything. Now I’ve got to by some adhesive remover to try and remove everything that is frozen that I can’t remove. We’ve scratched the inside in several spots. This is very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend you use their installation services, so it yourself.

The Will Call cashiers were very helpful and informative! They processed my order and gave me details on what to expect and who I should follow up with!

Dana is amazing in helping choose countertops and appliances! Quintina gave me outstanding customer service. Will shop here for the rest of my life! Truly passionate and friendly people at this store.

Overall the store is fine. I hadn’t had the best experience with them lately but the prices are usually decent enough for me to not care. I’ll most likely visit this Home Depot in the future considering they are close to me and if it’s a deal I’m seeking.

THIS STORE IS MY FAVORITE STORE IN BATON ROUGE. IT IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED WITHIN 2 MILES OF MY LOCATION. IT IS GENERALLY WELL STOCKED AND STAFF IS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. RETURNS ARE EASY IF NEEDED. IT IS EASY TO GET TO FROM THE MAIN STREET AND IT IS LAID OUT VERY WELL. I FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATELY WITH THE HELP OF A FRIENDLY WELL INFORMED STAFF MEMBER WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Rude employees.

Nice, large store with very nice, eager salespeople. Lots of merchandise. All salespeople were knowledgeable and they would take us to the area where the items we needed could be found. If the items were sold out, they would look up the item on their machine and tell us at which store they could be found. It is always a pleasure to shop at your stores. We always find our items and more.. Thank You so much for Home Depot

This location is very busy. But was mostly stocked which is all I really care about.

A young lady named Renee assisted me with self-checkout. She was so personable, helpful, and went out her way to make sure everything was fine.

Order desk/customer service cashier Shonasea the most conscientious employee to deal with yet! She gets my top recommendation!!

Employees at this store are not fully complying with the store policy of wearing face masks that cover both the mouth and nose. Apparently they do not care about the welfare of fellow employees and customers.

After getting her attention...... It was refreshing to see an employee actually put down her phone, and ask if we needed help.
