I m a shopper I do extensive research on products I m going to purchaseHome Depot had every product I needed And matched prices I had seen at other stores Saved me a lot of time not to have to run around to get the best price

Trying to keep a small business going right now is not easy but the particular Home Depot is truly a bright spot in my day. The CS reps are consistently upbeat and helpful. Curbside is so quick and saves me so much time (equals money!). Thanks HD #357

I would not recommend this location as it is severely understaffed. I wasted an hour and a half and still didn’t get what I needed. Several of the store associates were nonchalant and dismissive. The flooring Supervisor was the only person who attempted to assist. I’ll drive out of my way and spend more money elsewhere before I come back to Home Depot!!

THE STORE IS VERY CLEAN. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE'S SEEM TO REALLY LIKE THEIR JOBS. VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND CARING. THE GARDNER SECTION MANAGER JACOB WAS WONDERFUL. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEE'S LOVE HIM AND RESPECT HIM.

Denis LaTuLippe and Ned Garland in the Pro Account Sales department were extremely helpful in helping me determine the amount of Trex boarding I need to complete my deck. All the employees are courteous and friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, but it took a while to get help to look at things and to check out, and also the delivery process wasn't fully explained that if you just do plan delivery they drop the product at your door, and for even extra if you do a threshold delivery they place it inside your door, but do not put it where you need it or set it up. I do not know if they put it where you need it and set it up for a third charge for delivery, but I do know if I ever need something else delivered I will surely ask, because I got threshold delivery which was a second charge for delivery but it doesn't get put where you need it or set up.

when someone helps with an ordered item, tells u it will be ready the evening before u come to pick it up, make sure you review it with ALL parties that will need to touch the order and have it pulled. I had to wait 2.75 hours for an order I was told woud be ready the night before. I picked up flooring Thrsdy that should have been ready Wednesday.

I enjoy shopping at this location. The employees are always very welcoming and accommodating. If you need any assistance with hardware you should definitely see Anthony. He's just plain awesome!

Poor customer service..some employees do not want to help customers, and their are some employees that come to work to do what they are paid to do, help the customers..

Had a great buying experience on a new Tuff shed. This location seems to have the most knowledgeable of all the ones I’ve visited. Ask for Jacob!

We had no issue ordering the flooring in the store or scheduling for a representative to measure our home. The customer service representatives thereafter (Mitchell, Emily, Isaiah) did not provide a satisfactory experience nor did Home Depot fulfill their promise of our order. Prior to meeting with these representatives in person, we paid for flooring and were emailed a date or arrival. We called the day of wondering why our flooring hadn’t arrived. That’s when we learned we would have to wait another two weeks for materials to arrive (none in the region). We had already begun moving, paid for a contractor and container unit to arrive in two days. I was talked over when trying to express my concerns, I was given many excuses that made me feel like the issue was my fault, and told there was nothing that could be done to help me. They lost our trust and our business. There is always SOMETHING that can be done. I felt they weren’t interested in serving us. They came off like either we come up with the solution or deal with the issue.

Great Store to shop. Great Customer Service. Mr. CJ is wonderful.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you need windows and doors, ask for Mr. CJ. The store was clean. Associates were helpful.

Customer service need to improve but overall good looking store

Two employees that assisted us were first rate. They were efficient and courteous. An excellent shopping experience!

This is my closest Home Depot. My sister and I went directly to the appliance dept, saw the exact washer I wanted and all the paper work needed was done in an efficient manner. We were in and out in 30 min. The hardest part was that we did this on a Monday and the delivery was going to be on Wednesday …. OF NEXT WEEK, :-( I was in dire need as I had no washer at all, so other arrangements were made to get my washing needs handled. HOWEVER, it was worth the wait. I will definitely go to this Home Depot for any appliance need!

The store were clean , The people was friendly , the store was close to my home but they did not stock what i needed so i had to order it on line and had to wait for it to come in.

Chris made my return and additional purchases seamless. He was so helpful and pleasant.

The store was clean and the associates in the tool rental/repair department were exceptional. T.J. and (John). Also as I purchased a new pressure washer which had to be downstacked. The associates who assisted were very attentive and helpful, complementing my experience.
