All employees from Manager down are always friendly, helpful and willing to assist us any time we shop. It is always clean and well stocked.

I enjoy going to the batesville store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It is well supplied, there is a little clutter in the indoor garden center, some aisles are blocked! But for the most part , a good shopping experience!

I don't know how we got along without Home Depot.

Everyone was nice & helpful . The store was clean & comfortable . When you ask for help you get the service far & beyond.

This particular Home Depot store has the best employees. They are friendly, not too pushy, and very knowledgeable. The store itself is clean and has a wide selection of products. I never had to track down a worker for assistance, there was always someone coming to us to ask if we needed help. Also, the prices here compared to other Home Improvement stores cannot be beat.

Home Depot # 1411 Batesville was clean and nothing was blocking the aisles. I was ordering a front door and a storm door; they had several in the store to look at. The associate was busy with another customer when I arrived at the store but that gave me time to look at what they had in stock. The associate Bridget Eason was very friendly, always had a smile on her face. She was very helpful on helping me pick out the style door I was looking for, the window to have in the door, and the color for my door handle and hinges, and also was very helpful with my storm door. My next visit to Home Depot #1411 Batesville when I am needing something I will ask for Bridget.

Good selection, pretty good prices.

My husband and I had a huge shopping list from a lot of different departments! We required help in a couple of departments and all employees were so helpful and so nice! We love or Home Depot!

Love our local Home Depot store. The employees are always there to help you if you need it! They never seem to be upset or bothered by questions or the need of help. They are always happy to assist!

The store has been a pillar in Batesville to all contractors and handymen when it opened. With the installment of the [self-checkout] the cashiers seem to 'rally' up front, however not at the checkout desk. They direct you to check yourself out. On my last visit I had to wait 15 minutes to get a receipt after I paid for the item[s]. There were no employees, including management, that knew the computer system and as a result i will try the older businesses in Batesville for my needs and shop at HomeDepot as a last choise. After the 15 minute wait the management staff did not even extend a profession position and contact me and see how my other shopping experience was. Batesville needs to invite other large retailers to fill the need of having only one store in the city. The attitude has gone downhill from when Home Depot first opened.

the quality of service is more than satisfactory, everytime i go in the store . i use my id ( military/veterans) always so i get a little break on the cost and eveytime no matter always theres a smile and a thank you for your service sir, and always as i like to say it was my honor. guys keep up the great work.. sincerly Paul Crow

Special services employees are very helpful when you are not exactly sure of what you need. I would highly recommend getting their assistance on your projects. Every employee I encountered was very friendly.

The associates were friendly, knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful. I never had to search far for an associate, they were always readily available. The products are displayed so that I can easily find what we need. I shop here usually once a week and have never had anything other than an excellent experience.

We went to purchase a dishwasher from here on 9/23. We found one that they would have to order but we were told it would take 3 weeks to come in. So they recommended a dishwasher they had in the back. We were told it was a return because the people who purchased it did not like the style and decided they wanted a different one. They said that on 9/25 they would put a reduced price on the dish washer and we could come pay for it and get it on 9/27. When we came back to buy it and pick it up we were told that they had not marked the dishwasher price down yet and that we needed to wait until the next day, 9/28. We informed them that we lived an hour away and that this was already our second trip to the store. We were told to call and pay for the dishwasher over the phone the next day and that the dishwasher would then be delivered to us on 9/28 for no extra charge. So the next day we called and paid for the dishwasher and AFTER the purchase we were told that it could not be delivered and we needed to come get it. We came that day to get it. The same day we installed the dishwasher to only discover that the dishwasher did not properly drain water. When we called to tell them the issue we were told that a repair man would get ahold of us the NEXT day 9/29 and he would come and fix it. We were not contacted until 10/2 and the repair man said he could not come fix it until 10/5. And if he couldn't fix it then Home Depot would order us a new one which would take a couple weeks to get! We uninstalled the dishwasher and took it back to the store and got a refund. Never once did a manager try to make anything right! They obviously didn't care. It was a very frustrating process and we didn't even end up with a dishwasher. We will not be back.

I love shopping at this store . Always find what I am looking for . Everyone is friendly and eager to help. Keep up the good work Batesville , Home Depot .

The Home Depot store in Batesville is our "Go-to" store when we need something for our home. We have made many purchased there from flooring to appliances , and we have always been pleased with the products. Once when we were shopping for paint one of the associates took the time to show us a better quality paint that was on sale for a better price than what we were going to pay. We appreciate all the friendly people and their enthusiasm to serve the customers. The smiles we are greeted with mean a lot when you are in a hurry and on a mission. We have never failed to have exceptional service there!
