Bought a few items for the kitchen and was pleased Home Depot had what I needed. Trina was good as always.

The cashier (Lisa) at the self checkout is overly pushy. We don't mind doing self checkout so we can quickly check ourselves out and prefer to go up to the register closest to the door so we're not blocking the aisle and other people can easily get through, but she completely ignored us when I stated my preference twice. She took it upon herself to start scanning our items with our huge cart blocking everyone. And again, I said we can do it. She said "no, I'm fine." She should have been at a manned register instead of taking over at the SELF CHECKOUT. I feel like she thought we weren't going to scan all of our items or something, which is upsetting since we are regular customers and have never had an issue like this.

Loaded blocks and helped answer my questions.

I went through the store looked at whatever I wanted to look at and enjoyed my visit there. Found everything I was looking for when I got to the checkout Lisa was there to help me. She helped me through everything saved me $25 on my purchase and she was so nice and helpful and I appreciate that.

3 online orders in a row messed up by this store because of inaccurate inventory. Even after attempting to verify on phone. Dont know what to say other than avoid!

Had a great experience with a cashier. (Trina) Was helping a customer beside me and took time to help me also with an issue in the self check out.

Drove 45 minutes. Inventory off by 82 sheets of 3/4 4x8. Asked manager about correcting said it wasn't his job.

I have shopped at the store many times to in the past and spent a lot of money, but after this last run around with sales associates and customer service I am finally and completely finished. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to a competitors store.

Worst Home Depot lumber section I've ever seen. Very unorganized, products unlabeled. Also couldn't cut lumber, because "saw was broken". Lumber checkout register was also broken, had to go in inside to pay for lumber. Took almost 2 hours to get two sheets of MDF.

once I walked up to the counter and said my card was declined by the way I was stressed. I felt like I was being profiled with snarky comments about. Did you make a payment? No one let me say that I got a new card in the mail, but it was just in my name only did not have my husbands name listed not a good experience and as far as I’m concerned, I will not be back

Website said they had a qty. of 35 in stock and when I drove an hour one way to buy a couple of this item, they had none in stock. An associate named Paul helped me the most by trying to find the item. A couple of other associates was of little help they acted like they didn’t have the time to help, but Paul spent awhile with me trying to help.

always too many unused Handicapped parking spaces and we have to park to far from the store. we are senior citizens

. Although I understand delays there was not attempt to call or resolve the issues . I found out only when calling when the truck was not even loaded . I had paid additional for a delivery window . This was my attempt to not waste the contrition crews time . I wished this store would atleast made an attempt to do the same

There is always someone there to help you. Is best to know what side of the story the park on.

Always find what I need with the expert assistance from store employees. Friendly and great environment.

I am somewhat handicap and use the electric scooters that the store provides. The aisles were so crowded and narrow with product, it was hard to get down them.

I couldn't be more pleased with the pro desk employees that this store has.

Could not have asked for better service from shopping to check out to loading.
