I went to your Bainbridge, OH location to get an estimate on kitchen countertops. I met with kitchen designer, Lisa, and she was AMAZING!! She kept in constant communication with me and answered every question and concern I had. She definitely went above and beyond to help me get the PERFECT countertop for my kitchen. As a bonus, her fellow associate, Susan, was just was helpful when Lisa was off. Both ladies made this whole process seemless and helped me save money in the process. These 2 ladies are a true example of how customer service is done! If you need any help with countertops or kitchen design, go to the Bainbridge location and ask for Lisa or Susan! They have made me and my husband Home Depot customers for Life!

If buying sheet goods or lumber grab a cart on way in. None are stocked inside unless they are for online orders. Associates are non existent as all they focus on is their cell phones or pulling stock for orders. To the point they will cut in front of you to pull items.

Good selection of items wanted.

I purchased a washer and dryer today. The Home Depot associate, Larry gave excellent customer service. This is why Home Depot stands above the rest!

We purchased bath and tub faucets ( Grohe and Moen ) along with other products to be installed.

AN EMPLOYEE WALKED US AROUND TO FIND THE DOZEN ITEMS WE NEEDED HE USED HIS TABLET TO CHECK ON BRANDS PRICES AND FEATURES WE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST WITHOUT THIS FRIENDLY GUIDE! THE CASHIER WAS FRIENDLY PATIENT AND HELPFUL WHEN OUR CHECK WOULDN'T GO THRU

Our contractor told us to go to the pro desk at Home Depot. Mark was there and took us right back to get a new door and lock set. He made the experience outstanding. He is an excellent employee. We are very grateful.

Plumbing DEPARTMENT excellent help!

People are very pleasant.

Rick in installation was extremely helpful. We had a Manufacturing flaw in the carpet and he worked hard with the manufacture to come to a solution that all made us all happy. He did a great job.

Employees are cheerful and helpful. They did not have the vacuum cleaner bags I need (F&G), but everything else on my list was there and at a good price.

The last few trips to this store were not good a experience. Store associates are not friendly or helpful which is disappointing compared to where I shopped before. Will probably go to a different location rather than back to this one in the future.

OVERALL , I SEEM TO FIND WHAT I NEED.

Home Depot is my go-to for home improvements. The kind associates have helped me with painting, plumbing, building, and gardening projects. I very much appreciate their friendly service and genuine interest in helping me get what I need.

Close to my home, easy access and good inventory and pricing

Very annoyed at the lack of knowledge everyone had and having to figure it out myself especially after talking to about 7 people. And extremely annoyed I was assured the wrong price of wood multiple times and after it was cut up still felt obligated to get it after for an extra $150 then what i was assured of from Dion. The cashier lady was very patient and nice though. And most everyone was nice and polite

I'VE BEEN TO 3 OR 4 OTHER HOME DEPOTS BUT I THINK IT'S THE BEST AND REALLY NOT BECAUSE IT'S JUST CLOSE TO HOME.

Great place that has just about everything I need. And the store is very clean and organized and the associates, especially Dan, are very knowledgeable and so very polite!!

I bought a brand new item in a box. When I went home and opened the box, the item was used and very dirty. Obviously, it was a returned item but nobody even checked the box and sold to another customer. It is unacceptable.

Poor customer service except in the end and when your employee helped put the toilet onto the flatbed. Apart from that Jack if I remember correctly was rude and two of your employees couldn't even show me where to go to talk about toilet installation. Ridiculous and after that experience I doubt we would come back to your location.

The store is clean and the employees are very helpful even if they don't work in the department where you need help

Completely lazy and incompetent staff

I had an outstanding experience with my customer service provider, TANIA. Thank you for having such a beautiful person working for you. I'm a senior and retired military which makes me confused sometimes but she treated and helped me with everything.

Employees are never around, don’t get straight answers, nobody knows where anything is. I purchased a 3500.00 fridge and I felt like I was buying a pack of gum. I only go to this Home Depot if I have to and it is convenient.

Store is well stocked. Have a come in and shop feeling when I walk in the door. I never have any problems with this store.

If you need to buy any appliances, be sure to find Alan in the appliance section! He is super informative, patient, and kind. He made our shopping, decisions, and purchases so much easier than we expected!

If you need assistance in the appliance area, ask for Stan Zisk. He is very professional - organized, respectful, honest, positive and EFFICIENT. A great role model for my two young adult sons who accompanied me to purchase a washer and dryer.
