Store is always very clean, products easy to find, employees VERY efficient and helpful.

Very clean, organized and the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Store conveniently located, easy to enter and exit. Most of employees are knowledgeable with items stocked and where located in store and if asked for something they aren't sure of, get the information for you immediately. It's a nice hometown type of atmosphere.

They are very orgaunzed and always in stock.

Always shop at Home Depot because of their reasonable price, excellent customer service and they offer military discount. I always find the products that I need. Store is very neat and organized. A special thanks to Karen and Danielle. I made and inquiry about the Masterlock Door Security Bar model #265D and she promptly provided me a text with the information and pricing. When I came to pick up the items, Danielle had it readily available which took the whole process in less then 5 minutes. Fastest shopping experience we ever had. Thank you very much again for your excellent service!

I have some past issue related to carpet installation which was handled poorly. I still have the ongoing request with the store manager to fix my two bifold doors which were damaged during the installation. HD offer me to replace one door but not the other and the matter is now turned over to the HD insurance and they are asking carpet installer to handle and it is still pending. In short this has been going for since January 7. so very poor response time

It's my pleasure to publicly acknowledge the outstanding encounter I had with Quaviondre during my last visit. This young man was professional, knowledgeable, and positive. His ability to show he truly cares about his duties and the people he served was remarkable.

Store is clean and neat

While attempting to use self-check out, there were three employees talking. Once done scanning my items all the employees had left the area. I notice an employee near the other checkout lanes. I approach her with the scanner and my military I.D. To scan the code to expedite the process. Before I had a chance to say anything, the employee informs me that she would be over in a minute in a nasty tone. I walk back over to the self checkout dumbfounded. The employee comes over and scans the back of name tag and does not utter a word.

The store was clean and the product was easy to find. The associates were very friendly.

Writing this review because of an exceptional employee named Ryan. Went to the store for one particular item knowing what aisle and bay it was on. After much searching couldn’t find that anywhere in the store. This employee Ryan went out of his way to help us even though it took quite a lot of effort. He didn’t just help us, he seemed to be helping everyone in the store who had a question. As busy as he was he had a wonderful attitude. Home Depot, you need to give him a raise!

This store was stocked with everything you need to sanitize your home. The prices were reasonable. What stood out to me the most, was the associates actually acknowledge you by genuinely speaking. That is not prevalent in most stores.

I would recommend this store if you live near it. When you go to this store, be prepared to find most things by yourself, rely on customers to assist in knowledge, and cut your own wire. For a larger store, you would think that more employees would be there to assist.

Every time we go to this Home Depot store we are greeted by knowledgable employees that take their time to help and explain in detail techniques and tools needed to complete your DIY jobs. The store was organized and it was easy to find the supplies needed.
