I was helped by an associate who was a Marine Corps veteran (Kevin) and he went beyond the call of duty to help me throughout the purchasing process. We need more employees like this in our stores.

If you are a person that likes to work on projects at home and you are a beginner, have some experience, or a lot of experience, the one product I can truly reccomend to any of you is Ryobi. These tools have truly made my life so much easier in almost every area of being a home owner, renter, or whatever or wherever you live. You will not be disappointed in the least. And I have products for myself, my wife and family members older and younger.

I frequent the Evans store and it is an absolute pleasure to shop the there. There's not a single time we're I couldn't find was I was looking for. And there so helpful , thank you !!!

All of my home improvement projects are completed using products from home Depot. All of the staff are helpful and friendly. Thanks Home Depot

Bryan from the Garden Center was so wonderful! He assisted me in locating what I wanted to purchase and even helped me load it in the car! Good customer service is so hard to find these days.

This store and its staff have always gone beyond the call of duty to help and assist you with any matter. The store is clean, well stocked and easy to navigate with a good variety of product choices.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for years. I enjoy the courteous and friendly atmosphere of the Augusta North store. I purchased my first Milwaukee power tool at the Augusta North store, I now have 10 power tools. Great product and will continue to shop at the Augusta North Store. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful when assistance is needed.

This is a clean, neat nice store to shop at. These guys are always helpful and nice to work with.

The woman who tried to assist us was wonderful but the person she tried calling on the radio and all call that had us wait 30-45 min for something simple. This is an issue with this store from time to time we shop here when heading to a job on this side of town. Work on being responsive guys we all have jobs to do and time limits to do them.

The selection and lack of congestion make it easier to shop here than other similar stores.

I had the best customer service I experienced all day. I've been shopping for a specific item and had been to every Home Improvement store that carries flooring in the Augusta area.

It is a really nice place to shop and I can find most everything I need.

This location is one of the best locations I've purchased from. We have spent well over $12,000 in this store over the past month and everything has been great. The store Manager Kristie is one of the best store managers I have ever dealt with. Kristie is very friendly and customer focused. She does her job extremely well.

The main treat for today's visit was that there was a action live and smiling cashier on duty to handle my transaction. I strongly do not like the self checkout method!! Makes me want to go elsewhere.

I have been shopping this store since it opened. I've never had a problem and the employees are so courteous, helpful and friendly. Many know me by "sight" because I shop there for many items from plants to cleaning supplies. I can not recall a time I have gone to this Home Depot and not found the item for which I was looking. I have also purchased major appliances at this Home Depot (Thanks, Suzy!) and the military discount really helps my wallet! Thanks, Home Depot, a Georgia-owned business!

The store was supper clean, easy to find what I needed and the associate Jordan Freeman could not have been any more professional and full of knowledge.

the associates in the plumbing department did not help me at all and the young guy was rude to the other guy which also did not offer to help 5/26/21 a little after 1 pm

If you actually want a human as I do to check you out then I wouldn’t recommend Home Depot. I do not work there so therefore I feel I should have a real person to check my purchases out. Self checkout takes jobs from people that may need to work

By far , Home Depot has the best customer service , friendly and helpful employees . Excellent place to shop!
