Employees were very helpful and friendly, especially Troy (mill cutter in Lumber) and Vincent (cashier).

Great Service

The help is not very well informed about products. There are a few that I have grown to know, so getting help is no a problem. Checking out is in my humble opinion very slow. Finding what I was there to purchase was not a problem. I have made it my responsibility to walk the store to find merchandise. Maybe some of the help should be required to do the same. Bottom line. I enjoy shopping there!

This particular Home Depot has great customer service, especially Kirk and Linsey. The store is extremely clean, and is centrally located in the neighborhoods surrounding Arcade Arden district.

The Manager is nice and the garden section has better assortment of trees not available in other store

We have just come from a storm. The fence at a home I take care of had suffered damage. There was a downed tree in backyard of the family. I went to home depot and became acquainted with their tools and the man there responsible for them. His name was Kenneth. He helped me through the process and got me going on my way! Thanks Kenneth.

I had an exceptional experience tonight at Home Depot. I spent quite a bit of money buying tools the young man, Casey, was just an exceptional person. He stayed with me, he explain things and he made sure I had everything I needed for my project. I cannot say enough good about this young man and the experience I had tonight.

This store has more stock and better parking then other home depot stores in the a 20 mile range.

If you are a do it yourselfers kind of person,or a mediocre handy person,this is definitely the place to go.They answer all your questions.

The Arden Arcade location on Howe Avenue is the best Home Depot that I have ever visited. It is consistently clean and well organized. From the time you drive up and see the neat rows of carts up front, to the helpful staff. It is a really positive experience. I would highly recommend going to this location over any other!

This is my favorite Home Depot store.

Everyone here is very friendly and always seeking to assist customers. I live nearby and come in often and know of number of people by name. They even will call out to me if I do not see them first. I like that! Everyone is that friendly! Great store to shop at especially if you want quality assistance and any question answered with a smile. I have been doing major remodeling on my 71 year old home during the past few years and could not have been able to get the work done without all of those at this store, with the advice and knowledge they provided. Brian is very unpleasant, rude and enjoys being *smart* with customers. If I ever come back to this location I will go out of my way to avoid him.

Convenient location and I usually find what I'm looking for .

I have been going to HD stores for many years. But at this store, I have noticed recently that when I seek out a staff member for information, I no longer sense that they are scampering away to avoid being asked something, as I and others I know have experienced. They now seem to be looking around as they walk through, to see if anyone is trying to get their attention. In fact, now when I ask where to find a product, the staff ALWAYS stops and walks with me to find my article, even long distances, and then ask if I have any questions they can answer. This is a vast improvement. I feel that when a store makes a tangible effort to save me time, I like having the opportunity to credit their efforts.
