The staff was overly accomodating and very helpful. I was greeted upon entering and received exceptional assistance throughout my visit. This is my favorite Home Depot so far and will be returning. All Home Depot's should mirror this stores in providing customer service.

They carry Bosch dishwashers which we have purchased before & are a high-quality item that we have not had any issues with. Dishwasher will be delivered & installed in about two weeks, where other stores wouldn't have this item for another three months.

Great expirence at this store employee seemed so happy to help us their positive energy was infectious loved it.

Actually had washers and dryers available. Even the pedestals. Was pleasantly surprised.

Customer Service employees Denise was very helpful and concerning with a problem I took to her. I had a question about an orbit water hose timer which went bad. I was surprised that she was able to look up the item and solve the issue very quickly and with professional help. Thank you Denise

I moved to AJ earlier this year. When I went to the local Home Depot, I was treated in such a way I figured I wouldn't be back. But HD has what I need and is convenient. So, I've been back, several times. This most recent time, getting to work with Gene and Trey helped me see that HD employees can be as amazing as the projects built with HD goods. The treatment and help we got this time helped us get excited about the project and we left ready to tackle it. Thanks Gene & Trey for going over and beyond!

The need to do a better job at controlling the check out. People create a line and other people just jump straight to a register. Fight almost broke out because of that

Best Home Depot for miles. Employees are friendly and helpful

I purchased a freezer yesterday and when we took it out of the box there was a noticeable dent front and center. I called the store spoke with Colleen and she was great. She listened, empathized and was able to offer me a discount for the dent. A credit was processed back to my card. My issue was resolved quickly. Colleen exceeded my expectations, Great job!

Everyone has been helpful and knows their products.

I purchased several lumber items sold by board foot. Twice the electronic registers failed. The first time the registered locked up while the associate was attempting to enter the items. I then had to move to another register. At that register, the items successfully were loaded but the pin pad failed. I then had to move to a third register where finally the items were entered and I was able to pay. Home Depot needs to put some money into updated equipment. This is unacceptable.

I replace a bibb and works really good.

Denise was the most helpful and kind person to help me when I needed to order material. I was having trouble using my temporary credit card and she made the extra effort to help get it all figured out. Normally I’m told I need to call on my own but Denise called with me spent an hour trying to figure out the problem and we were able to get everything ordered and purchased. Best service ever!

Rebecca is flooring dept was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about her. Patient and very friendly to help with our custom shades order. The staff at this location stands out as the best service we’ve had in a Home Depot ever. thank you flooring dept and Rebecca for the great service. We will be back because of it!

I bought a garbage disposal from Home Depot after looking at everything including the installation fees of $119.00. I was charged $254.00 for a simple replacement unit

Exceptional an excellent customer service was given by Michelle the manager, Jason the lead in customer service and associate Daniel! They went above and beyond and I was highly impressed. They were very professional and accommodating, it doesn’t get any better than that! I even thanked them they were so good! Two thumbs up!! excellent job guys!!

I waited 30 minutes (or more) for paint to be mixed. I brought up a gallon container with me and the lady told me that this would not work with the color I chose abd they would choose the right paint for me and mix it and it would be about 10 minutes. 30 minutes later and I gor a quart mixed instead of a gallon and I didn't have the time or patience to wait for what I asked for.

I am always satisfied with the products and service.

Thanks to their helpful employee (Daniel S.) we got the job at home completed with no extra return trips (for a change!). Some other big box stores you have to search for help, IF you can find someone. Employees at this Home Depot actually come up to ask you if you need help! BRAVO.

Hey all, finally HD Apache Junction has a real paint associate! (Brooke) While of course she can’t help the lines, her ability behind the counter moves those lines like I have never seen in 25+ years shopping HD.

Very rude customer service cashier. Rolls eyes and talks to customers with no respect. Does not know or understand how to take care of clients and this was a “customer service” cashier!!

I had an extremely bad experience in the lumber department about 2 months ago, but decided to give it one more try. Hugest mistake ever. Their employees in the lumber department lack customer service. I asked for help, two employees told me to ask someone else. This employee was busy. They were not. They even walked by me and saw me struggling to get a 4x4 down. Just looked at me and walked on by.
