Awesome shopping experience

There was a time when people would go into a hardware store, a person would greet them, ask “How may I help you? “ And be happy to help you! Well this is the store The Home Depot #0404 1545 S Crismon Rd Mesa Just off Hwy 60 & Crismon easy access You may even run into the young man that help me John F. He can help you find what you need.

Jason, who I believe is the front end manager, really helped us. He was super busy but he took the time to help us with all of our questions & provided valuable advice. We really appreciated his awesome customer service! He made us feel like valued customers. We would like to have a "Jason" every time we come to Home Depot. We spent a lot of money there so it makes a huge difference when someone is so kind & helpful. He seriously deserves to be recognized as an invaluable employee. Thank you!

You have to park and go inside the store. Why advertise for curbside pickup when a customer has to park and go inside the store. You can't park and call because for some reason this store is a dead spot for cellular service and they know it, why don't they Install Starlink? Curbside pickup is your order is ready for you to come into the store, get online for customer service to find your order. It's better to just shop for the items and checkout.

Never really have issues here but the couple times I did it was handled quickly and without hassle.

Made return of an ordered cabinet quite easy. Computer issues wouldn't allow it online, but the customer service expert, "Brent", made it happen!

Silvia G. in the paint department. She deserves a huge wage hike. This gal is very special and definitely "Nailed It" in this department. She smiled and was pleasant and oh, so helpful. The paint is an exact match. You cannot tell the difference between old and new.

Uncle Bob (no relation) did an excellent job helping me select and cut some material.

If you are a contractor, make sure you check out with Antoinette at the Pro Desk. She will take great care of you as well as watching out for your best interest as a company.

I like dealing with Home Depot, because their Staff are friendly, & always outstanding with service! Their selection of products is great, & I’ve always been able to get what I need.

Home Depot is a huge store, like any home improvement store some employees are great others are not helpful. But at this store on Crismon. I have lucked out, Cindy is so helpful and patient. She helps me find things and use my app correctly. So thankful for her.

I immediately get offered help by Brandon. Then I see him helping everyone around us. Dennis and Angelina in the wood cutting were so helpful and very effective. You have really great employees.

Elan employee named DD knocked it out of the park. I watched her multi task doing the job at hand while helping customers with questions and even other employees. I watched her used multiple machines with expertise. She had an amazing attitude also. This is an employee I would never want to lose if I was her boss. Thanks again. Great work.

I have been renovating my entire house, so I have been having interactions with every department of this store. I find the staff very helpful, and knowledgeable, serving the customers with great attitudes. I’ve had great customer service over the 2 years.
