The store has always been consistent at customer service and helping whenever possible. The return policy is usually not a problem, except on electric tools. I have had issues with some Ryobi products, especially the battery inflator and saw where they stopped working with in the 90 day period. Each time, I was told I needed to call 800 number to get it fixed rather then just exchanging the item and going on my way. As a contractor, I need to rely on my tools and if they fail, this affects my work and loss of time costing me money. If I have to wait for a repair, that is costing me even more money and time.... There should be some discretion by the store team to make decisions on products. If it is a true product failure, then it should be replaced at the store. If this was a issue that happened consistently, it would discourage me from buying your products.

Went into store to look at Halloween decor. Found something I liked but not available. Associate went above and beyond to find me a similar item. Thank you Braxton for your help. Thank you also to the other associates that went to the back to find and bring it up for me.

Came in for furnace filters and humidifer filters and was assisted in locating them.Even when I went to another part of the store I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. This is great customer service. People sometimes think they know what they came for but sometimes need assistance and I have always been able to get anything I need at this location. Everyone was helpful and the store is always clean. Keep up the good work

During the past two years I have visited almost every department in this particular store. Every store employee that I came in contact with knew what they were talking about, where very helpful and were extremely courteous.

I received amazing service from Jerry. He was professional and patient. I was shopping for all new kitchen appliances. He answered all of my questions. I felt confident in his abilities and guidance. I would refer my friends and family to the store. I did in fact find what i needed. The store was neat and clean.

Store customer service DOES NOT honor Rheem warranty. They are dishonest. Do NOT buy a Rheem water heater from Home Depot. They do not honor warranties.

This is my favorite Hone Depot store! The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Two guys helped me yesterday with the perennial plants. I hated to keep asking for assistance, but the two of them were spot on with their answers. They made me feel welcomed in their store. It reminded of going to an old mom/pop shop and receiving personal service! Thanks for hiring such wonderful staff!

Way to go, Home Depot! I was working on a significant home refresh, and was shopping around for the items I wanted. I went to all three of the main big home stores in my area to compare items and pricing. The customer service I received at Home Depot FAR outshined what I received at the other stores. As a result, I did the lion's share of my purchases at Home Depot (the only things I didn't get there were items of brands I had to get that matched what I currently have in my home, which Home Depot, unfortunately, didn't carry). Well done, Algonquin Home Depot. You guys nailed it!

I purchase many items from this store, washers, dryers. stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, carpets, blinds, flowers, landscape items and many more. The associates are always friendly, and helpful. The store is always well stocked. Shopping on line is easy and efficient.

Everything is easy to find and the store is always in great condition and well-stocked! Jeff in lumber does an excellent job with wood recommendations for projects, cutting the lumber chosen to the precise sizes needed and is friendly and courteous any time something has been needed for a project! Denise at front end always makes sure I have all I needed and is always helpful and friendly. Great job!

Went to buy a dishwasher, a man named Nico stopped what he was doing to answer our questions. He gave us the information we needed along with some helpful suggestions. He never acted like we were bothering him or that our questions were stupid, he was friendly and patient with us. A store is a store what makes one better then the other is the quality of their employees and Nico makes this store better then most stores.

store was neat and clean associates were extremely helpful we had a pleasant shopping experience however the delivery was a nightmare received the defected product the delivery people were unprofessional they refused to install the dishwasher with a phony excuse they installed the microwave Loosely and incorrectly they were putting pressure on me to keep the defected product and only exchange the defected parts making me very uncomfortable. We had to go back to store a couple of times back and forth. again at Home Depot everyone was extremely friendly understanding and helpful.
