I shop at this store often because of the great customer service I receive. All I have to do is ask where an item is located and the employee will walk me to the isle to exactly what I am looking for. Sometimes I am looking for an answer to a question I have about fixing something and the employees are so smart answering my question.

We bought appliances and flooring and very happy with all.

The store had all the items I needed which were not in stock in other local stores, I wish I had come here first before I tried to find things into other stores that day. One employee named Richard was so helpful he stayed with me and made sure I had each of three items some of them were very hard to get to and he had to get on a ladder and search around and lift heavy objects. I really felt that he took care of me!

I had to purchase some materials (paving stones) for a home improvement project. The representative at the customer service desk was especially helpful in organizing this purchase and arranging delivery. She also recognized that I might need additional materials for my project that I had not immediately intended to purchase.

As a former employee of Store #1241 its great to see so many familiar faces still working at this location. Its wonderful to see the new faces being taught importance of customer service and not only being concerned with the BIG sale. Little things turn into Big things and these employees keep us coming back to Store #1241 for BOTH. Thank You ALL

The customer service at this store is exceptional. Especially from Daeyona and Michael A. They went above and beyond for us last week and we can't thank them enough!

I have yet to go to Home Depot and not get excellent service! The people who work there work together to give every customer what they need - whether you need a lot of help/advice, or want to just shop without help. The staff are always the friendliest anywhere! I HIGHLY recommend Home Depot to anyone - from the fussiest to the easiest-to-please. I love a Home Depot!!!!!

Was interested in purchasing weed trimmer and push mower. Could find NO associates to help. Also needed a part that was high on a shelf. NO associates around to help. Will not return to this store.
