I had a great experience gaining knowledge from many employees including my cashier Prashant at the Absecon New Jersey location. He walked me through he proper installation of my new garbage disposal while giving me tips and tricks to get my job done in an efficient clean manner. For that I would like to thank Prashant and other employees of this location for the help as they truly guided me through everything and made this experience more smooth.

My sales cashier, Prashant, took great care of me and made my shopping trip delightful! During this trip I bought miscellaneous items which will be useful throughout my house and in my backyard. He kept great conversation and helped me checkout quickly. Overall, with the help of the employees at the Absecon, New Jersey location and my cashier, Prashant my trip was successful! At the checkout desk Prashant provided me with many ideas on how to use one of my purchase items in a more efficient manner and for that I give the Absecon Home Depot a 5 star rating!!

Store employees were very helpful, Becky was kind enough to help me find exactly what I needed. Store was clean & I felt safe seeing that everyone was practicing social distancing.

WE shopped at the garden center and were assisted by Stacey, she was delightful!

I originally bought item I needed online for store pick up at the Egg Harbor Twp store. Even though it showed 1 and let me pay for it, none were at that store!! So I check and absecon store shows 12 in stock. I ask first associate I see for help(josh i think was his name) he tried to help but was also covering self checkout and directed me to customer service , the young lady who I didn’t get name tried to find the item since she too looked and saw 12 in stock..she couldn’t locate it. So I thanked her and said I am going to walk every isle to try and find.. Sonny noticed right away I was looking for something and offered his help. He looks up item and says yes 12 are here somewhere. We walk through entire store still didn’t find. Sonny then checks his hand held thing and checks to see when it was delivered last to the store.. It was delivered yesterday morning and still in receiving area.. he went and got me one. Sonny definitely went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. He was very pleasant the entire time. I am also an essential retail employee and during this pandemic people haven’t always been nice to us retail employees especially when items they need/ want are not available or where they should be! Sonny did an amazing job yesterday and I truly hope he gets an award and recognition for a job well done!!!

Every employee at the Absecon Home Depot is always friendly and ready to help. This is why I always shop there.

I always find a customer service representative to help me. They are polite and informed about where I can find what I'm looking for. The shelves are stocked with what I want with a good price.

This store has way to many customers in it . I get that we have to get back to normal but if you have a full parking lot and no line outside. That tells me to many people scary . products- used Assistance - none Store Appearance- dirty Some associates - not helpful !!!!

Everything great, except cashiers are miserable. Not friendly and not willing to help, even though I have a customer service light on. Only way to bring their attention is by calling them. I assume they do not understand, when customer putting a light on, what they have to do.

This Home Depot location ranks in the top 3 stores that I have used. I travel up and down the East Coast with my company as we specialize in custom construction and installations. The Absecon HD always has what we need, they are friendly and efficient.

awesome service experience, Raja is by far the best Cashier in any of the regional home depots and I visit most of them often.

This location was very accommodating to me on my visit. I came in to purchase a miter saw with my two young children and one of the associates helped me from start to finish. He grabbed a flat cart and then helped me load it on and then helped me all the way to my car. This was very helpful since i had to bring my two children with me.

I believe these are thr nicest employees i have encountered..i love. how new items arrive and find it interesting to stroll around and window shop and guarantee you will become addicted to bring a cleaning product home.or some wood for garden and porch items..thats just the small stuff but its all there..for your projects big or small..! And free coffee is a warm comfort too if u need it..thank you home depot..i love you. Glad u r here .! U get better and better..personality of people is wonderful..they are great.and work hard pleasing us ..good mgmt..thank you again..p.s.atore clean employees all k owlegeable and eager to please..latout easy to find and love cleani g aupply area.its all there ..

Guy name is jose (he said ) at front desk Is mean and very rude throughout my receipt and only said here i did said thank you he just look at me and roll his eyes like “” what are you still doing here “” Am very disappointed

Scott at the pro desk needs to learn how to be friendly with customers.

I found that the convenience with the layout of Home Depot, Location, Design, Large parking lot, Over-hang for loading, overall in-store and out. I wrote more in-depth reviews on HD in previous Reviews, a good read.
