Just had this unit installed on emergency basis same day purchase and installation as my old gas hot water heater sprung a leak. Tech did a great job very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Did not leave a mess. Credit to Home Depot

Just bought a new refrigerator and was very happy with the whole process. I do not know the sales associate’s name, but he was friendly and patiently answered all my questions. Definitely a much better experience than previous appliance purchases. Definitely would recommend.

awful customer service on floor. Cashiers are very good. Cluttered aisles. Rude floor staff. Excess of employees . Floor staff more concerned with inventory than guest service. Rude garden center staff. I have been a female Home owner for decades, run from this place.

Upset that store does not let you know that certain items are not reimbursed at full price. Looking at receipt in parking lot & every product listed a lower value refund, why ???

I was attempting to locate a tool part that was out of stock in most of the local Home Depot Stores, not sure why no another store could not order the tool part within two days? However, I was able to reach the Absecon Store via telephone and the Customer Service Employee was very helpful and understanding. I was concerned because the tool item was low quantity, so I politely requested that if I drive to the Absecon Store within one hour , could they hold the tool item for me? I was reassured by DEV the Customer Service Employee that he would reserve the tool part for 1 hour , so I could make my purchase. Just thankful, for his GREAT customer service! I am also a loyal PRO Home Depot Member , so I really appreciate great customer service.

Small store by home depot standards, but far and away best shopping experience. Almost get to know employees by name or sight. Because a small store they do not carry some specialty items you can get in sister store in Egg Harbor Township. Usually not a problem but occasionally have to make the trip or order on line.

A special thanks to Becky Miller, who has been very helpful and friendly. Also, a special "thank you" to Sheryl Ginsburg. Over a year ago, I purchased cabinets, counter tops, etc., from Home Depot. Sheryl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to me. I don't think that I could have finished the project without her help. I hope you will let both of them know how much they are appreciated. Thanks.

Always nice employees here

Sales Cashier April was amazing and very helpful.

While this store is extremely convenient for me, and there are some amazing associates, the store is not clean and there's always stuff in the aisles making it hard to get aound, especially in lumber and building supplies. Finding assistance in that area is a challenge too. One or two good employees and the rest suck. I recommend the store but warn people to know what they want when they visit because finding help is a pain.
