Tried on dog urine stain and made the smell worse, returned second bottle

We have used before so i knew it was a great product. Sorry noone carries in stores in the gainesville fl area! Not delivered when promised. We have an older dog who has occasional accidents. Removes all odors.

You stopped carrying this good product. So what is the point of the review.

Great product! Really works!!

Cleaner leaked when spraying but overall it works as described.

I love this product. No strong fragrance. Safe to use around my 2 year old grandson. I had some really bad stains in my sofa and it cleaned it up. I used this in the past was difficult to find.

Great for pets and when the grandchildren spill something. Now, the only thing is now Home Depot does not carry it at all anymore. Very disappointed in that. Bring it back to your stores!!

This is the best pet stain and odor remover we have used. We have carpet in our living room and bedrooms. We have two dogs and often pet sit for my daughter's dogs as well as other friend's dogs. There have been many been many accidents on the carpet by various dogs over the years. Previously I tried homemade remedies, diluted hydrogen peroxide, various commercial brands etc. For the past few years, Zep is our go to stain and odor removal product. I have recommended it to friends and it has become their favorite also. It is amazing.

Does the job without leaving any residue on the carpet.

We’ve not needed the stain removal capability of this product, but the odor removal is not what we would have expected.

I like that when i use it there is not a strong perfume smell. I been using this product for about 5 years.
