Needed repeat applications.

Was misinformed on this product and was led to believe it would strip the stain and prepare the fence to be re-stained. Not so. Apparently it was designed to removed mildew, algae from pollen only. I ended up using just the water from the power washer.

I was looking for a product to clean the woodin fence and I saw this Zep I was able to clean the dirt and mold With this . Vey Happy with this product . I will by again after I finish this gallon . Highly recomend. From Candy

Works ok if you rub it into the wood.

It worked as expected.

Waste of money I tried on half my deck then did the other half without it and the was no difference

I've used this product before. It was fine. I didn't use it this time because the power washer(s) I rented from Home Depot didn't work. So, I'm saving it until I can rent a washer that actuelly does work.

Did the job. Deck felt clean after pressure wash. Ready for stain now.

It left a whitish scum on the deck boards making it look even dirtier than before we cleaned.

product works good- however wait longer the manufacturing time- I give it about 45 mins before power washing off-- gives product more time to soak into the wood and remove any natural algae

Zep work's great on non-porous material. On standard wood decking, not do much.

Works good with pressure washer.
