I ordered these jeans for the express reason of having a cell phone pocket on the leg. I don't carry my phone on my belt, and the leg pocket on all my jeans keeps it out of the way when getting my keys or money out of my front pockets. Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews more as the cell phone pocket is extremely small and this is noted by several other buyers. If you are looking for jeans for this reason, stay away from these. Otherwise, they are good jeans.

Carpenter & probably the other jeans also, don't have large enough belt loops. Can only use skinny belts in the loops. Need to make the loops larger to accomadate wider belts.

A nice looking, loose fitting, durable pair of pants. Needed something for professionial appearance, tough enough to work in, and light enough for summer temperatures regularly 100+. These are not colored denim, more of a rip stop soft canvas. Fits loose in the crotch for comfort and flexibility. Pants are fresh out of dryer(no ironing) if hung right away and don't get that dryer "shrinkage" each time washed like denim. Tough pockets to carry lots of stuff and you can get your hands into them. Been a "Wrangler" guy for close to 40 yrs now.

Best carpenter jeans ever for work, These will last forever

They are the best work jeans I've ever owned I tell all my coworkers about them. Many of those guys have huge rips on their right front pockets. No denying these are amazing pants.

I love these pants, even for casual wear. They tent to wrinkle easily, so have to watch the drier. Great Jeans. The deep front pockets are great.

Best Purchases Ever

Good pants but not what I expected. The indigo pants are made of a heavy denim, but in other colors they are made of the thin rip-stop canvas.

My husband had purchased these through his work and loved them but they stopped ordering them. Was glad i found them on line...happy hubby happy wife

These jeans are the best! My sons love them and we have been unable to find them in any stores for several years. I looked online and discovered they were still available and immediately ordered them for Christmas. My boys were so excited to them and couldn't believe that I had found them. Needless to say I'll be purchasing more in the future. They fit great, they wear very well the construction and detailing Riggs are the best.

pants run small so get it one size bigger.

After buying carpenter jeans from every maufacturer I was sick of wearing them once or twice only to have the threads pull out or the pocket corners tear. For just a few dollars more these jeans will by far outlast any I've ever had. The material is thicker and the pockets are reinforced as advertised. The corners and all seams are stiched like jeans used to be made..for working in!

I own several pairs of these pants. I love them! Comfortable fit, the hammer loop is on the right side, couldnt do without the leather pocket protecter. I have two pair that are a couple of years old and still look new.

I have worn wrangler riggs for a few years and they wore like iron. I couldnt find them at my usual place and purchased them online. That is where the disappointment comes in. The denim is lighter weight and I used the same model/style number. And they run large. If they stay up, I will continue to wear them (unlike the young boys)it is not my preference. I hope I can find the old style or I will have to change to another pant. Bummer.

I bought the Wrangler Carpenter Jeans looking for a little more comfort. My wife made fun of me until peoplr started complementing on the good looking jeans I was wearing. It surprised me - I've never had a complement on a pair of jeans.

I am in the construction business and I like these jeans, they wear like iron. The last ones I bought 2 years ago and am still using them. I also like the fact that I can buy them in my waist size ( 33 )

Could not find an outlet locally for the jeans. Very happy to find them online. Service was quick. Very satisfied.

My husband works construction and needs durable work pants. He wears 30x34 so it is difficult to find what he needs in retail stores. He ordered 4 pairs of these jeans a few weeks ago and loves them. Will definitely order more. Very good quality and fit.

High quality. I am actually a bit between a 31 and a 32 inch waist. 33's fit loosely, which I prefer. These came snug, which I dont like, they ran very small. Order a whole inch or two larger than you normally would and you should be fine.

This is the 5th pair I have purchased in the last 5 yrs. All of them have stood the test of time.

The reinforced pocket is what sold me. No more frayed pocket from my tape measure. Comfortable jeans but wished the knees were reinforced, they would have got 5 stars.

These are well built pants that should last a long time. I wish they were more of a normal fit rather an a more relaxed fit; this would make them more comfortable for around the yard work and outdoor activities.

This purchase was for my son. We had shopped at multiple stores and were not able to find the right fit. We ordered these and they are perfect, we are ordering more today!

I've ordered these jeans in the past. Wrangler has recently made changes to the fabric. It feels significantly liter in weight, and more elastic. The jeans also do not shrink at the same rate as before, so it appears there has been a change also to the material type (less cotton), although the tags do not indicate such. Overall, I'm disappointed. I was hoping to get the exact same jean I've always ordered. Instead, I'm getting a jean of a lesser quality.

These are the best jeans! All my guys love them so much they don't want to wear anything else. They're tough and hold up under hard washing and wearing.

These pants fit great and wear well for a guy my size. just think the price is to high , someone with smaller size pays way less for theirs.

Riggs work pants are the best work pants I have ever owned,they are rugged and they stand up to any kind of work.
