I received the chair as a birthday present. Less than a week old, the chair is broke. When sitting in the chair, it leans to the right and it makes noise anytime I move in it. Yes, I put it together. Yes, I went back and tighten everything. Once it started leaning towards the right, I retighten the screws....I would like to return it but have no receipt(since it was a gift). My last chair lasted me over 10 years and this chair, 1 week.....

Easy to put together. However the comfort level of this chair I would give a one star rating. If you're going to be using it as a full time office chair, spend the extra money for a decent chair with better support. I personally did not find this chair comfortable at all after sitting in it only a few hours. Overall it looks nice, is durable and was easy to assemble.

The screws did not match the holes so we returned it.

This is a wonderful chair. The overall softness of the leather . The comfortable seating, and the ease of rolling around, even on carpet. I like it.

The chair was easy to assemble and everything was done in less than thirty minutes. The chair is also comfortable with the height adjustment and the back rest adjustment. Even though I have used the chair for only aweek, I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great chair, it's nice strong and sturdy, especially for the price!

This was the most confusing chair to put together. The arm handle on one side did not match up with the back of the seat. I had to make my own adjustments, And the cover buttons would not go on, i had to use a hammer and tap them in and they would not fit properly. But after an hour of yelling and cursing at myself It got it all put together, now lets see how long it will last. My last office chair lasted me 5 years and was used every day.

This chair looks great in my home office, but it is not as cushioned or comfortable as my previous desk chair. The lower back works well in my room, but I didn't realize how much smaller it would be than my old chair (no head rest, etc.). Overall a good chair for the price.

Hi everyone, I had another chair but this one puts me to sleep as per my review title. I'm retired/disabled and spend a lot of time in the room watching tv, playing games and the internet. You might say of cource you'll be tired. All that doesn't make me tired is when I lean back to watch tv it's so comfortable that I just knock out like a light bulb. My other chair did not do this. The wheels are so smooth right now that when I go to sit down the chair rolls back. Minor quirk buy I adjusted not to sit so fast. To put together I give a 4out of 5. P.S. I love it.

Nice chair, comfortable, and easy to assemble. Got this for my wife and so far she has enjoyed it.

The chair was easy to assemble looks nice and comfortable to sit in but thats for me my wife says it doesnt fit her petite body and its not comfortable for her ,so good one way bad the other.

The fact that I was able to put this chair together myself was a big deal. I've had other swivel type chairs and have tried to put them together. I've had to give up and get someone to assemble them for me. That is not the case here. I believe anyone can put this chair together, which to me is a big plus. The chair is very comfortable, and has the feel of durability that I really did not expect, given the price. Overall, I would say I got a great deal, and I'm happy with my chair.
