Bought these to hold me over till I got "permanent" shades and when I started to remove them for the permanent shades it peeled the paint off the walls.

These work well until you can figure out permanent window coverings! They let in filtered light but you cannot see into room from outside. You can use the clips to make them decorative.

I can’t believe I had never heard of these before. Just purchased a new home with eight windows and had to remove all of the existing window coverings because frankly they were gross. These work beautifully as a temporary solution. In fact they’ve been up for a week and a half and I like them so much, I might just leave them for a while. Definitely worth the money and they are beautiful. And yes my windows are dirty. Lol

These are great. Easy to cut and put up. They work perfect for the temporary situation we need this for until our permanent window coverings are installed.

These things are great, they look like shades and have seemingly good adhesive but you must tape it extra! We have a new pool construction in our backyard so I ordered 15+ of these to cover the windows, they randomly fall. I have to pray to god they don’t fall while I’m in the shower. Definitely tape them

These are utterly useless unless you buy extra adhesive or double-sided tape to use with. I started by cleaning the window frames with alcohol and letting them dry completely. I cut them to size and put them up. They worked great….for about 15 minutes. The sun in the window softened the adhesive and they came rolling down, causing them to stick to themselves and become impossible to separate without destroying the entire piece. Considering what you’re paying for PLEATED PAPER, it’s absurd.

An inexpensive way to cover your windows until you can get your window treatments installed. Easy to apply and they look great. I can't believe how many people have complimented me on these

I bought this to provide some privacy as well as to block day light as a temporary solution until I buy blinds or curtain. it is not blackout. Hifhly recommended for new home buyers.

Excellent as temporary blind. We got white shades and it does let some light in the rooms but its good. I would recommend this while you decide on what to get blinds or shades or curtains.

They must have fixed the glue after all of the complaints of the shades not sticking. Now my brand new house needs to be repainted.

Didn't expect much, but these are actually great. Still haven't replaced them with real blinds, and I'm not in a huge rush to because these look fine.

These are a perfect temporary option if you need temporary shade. After replacing the windows in the home and waiting for the new blinds to come these lasted several weeks without any issue. Instant privacy regained in seconds in a room full of new windows.

I purchased the six pack of redi shades for under twenty dollars and installed one . The secret is to use double sided tape which I also purchased at home depot . It looks fantastic and cheaper than replacing fifty dollar mini blinds that snap due to dry rot from the sun . Highly recommend !

Easy n works well.

I just moved into a new home and currently can not get shades due to current events. The lady at home depot showed me these and boy am I glad she did. They look so much better then I ever would of expected. Easy to cut and stick. I did also add some clear thumb tacks to make sure it really stays for awhile. I do wish they had multiple sizes. I have a few huge windows so needed 2 pieces per window. Also be careful I have paper cuts on every single finger. Lol oh well, at least the shades look good.

Works great for a temporary window treatment. Cheap but looks nice! Actually taped mine up with painters tape because of some of the comments saying that the adhesive pulled up paint

these are great for temporary privacy, put them up on 18 windows in my old house while it's vacant and up for sale. do wear gloves or be prepared for paper cuts when you're sticking them on the window frame running your hands under the bottom fold.

This buys u time until u get permanent window treatments. The white let a good deal of light through but give u complete privacy at night. You cannot see through, only shadows. They cut easily and were also easy to put up.

Very good temporary blind

I love this product, they provide privacy and light. They are a temporary quick fix, easy to trim to fit and apply. The tape is very durable and stays put, but didn't leave a sticky residue on the surface. I do recommend that any powder or dust on the surface be wiped off before applying to assist in a good bond.

Awesome Blinds Alternative. I use these on all windows in homes that are under renovation. These paper blinds are easy to cut to size and are excellent for providing privacy when you aren't ready to install permanent blinds. Believe it or not I actually once used these blinds in a home as permanent window covering for 6 years. One would occasionally fall down and I would have to put it back up there , but that was rare. One some occasions I've even flipped the blinds to the outside so that I could more easily clean the window panes on the interior. These blinds last forever and provide an excellent value at a literally unbeatable price. These blinds exceed my expectations and I have been buying them for years and I will keep buying them.

I live in a high rise. I don't have any direct neighbors so I never felt the need for shades. Recently, the building initiated external brick work. At least once a week, there are contractors outside my window. I didn't want to invest in expensive shades. The building office recommended the paper shades. They come in 2 widths and 2 colors (black and white). The wider shades were too wide for my window and I didn't feel like cutting the shades to size. I bought the shades that are a little smaller than the window but once I centered the shades I still have plenty of privacy. The shades fold up and down like an accordion. There are plastic clips which secure the length that works for you. The building office said her set has lasted 10 years. That's a great return on a $20 purchase.

Great product easy to install bright white coloras described

These are exactly what they say they are -- paper shades. They are fine for temporary use until I can redo the room, but I have a feeling that if I leave them up long term, the top section will pull out straight because of the weight of the lower part when it is clipped up. I would have preferred the off white, but they did not have these in the large package. The white shades are very bright white. I will add that I used white topped thumbtacks to hold them up as I knew with the humidity the sticky tape would not hold.

These shades are perfect for a temporary solution before permanent window treatments are done. The paper is just strong enough to hold shape and they are easy to cut to fit your window. They can be easily peeled off and reattached if needed. Well worth the money!JG

We needed temporary defused lighting. These worked without issues. The sticky strip held up great; despite the previous comments I read on the issues with it not holding. They were thick and a little difficult to cut, but it was easy. They did exactly what I wanted and easy on the wallet.

Recently moved into a place to realize that several of the rooms didn't have window treatments. I wasn't ready to make a decision on what kind I wanted to order and thought I'd have to hang up sheets to have privacy. A friend mentioned using temporary blinds and this six pack was enough to let me move in. They were easy to put up and have stayed put for several weeks now (still waiting on the treatments I ordered). Easy to put up during the day with the included clips. Filters some light through but it's not too bright - I was easily able to sleep in my bedroom with these. Highly recommend.
