Everything was fine except: videos show that when you pull down the shade to the bottom and let go, it snaps back up. That doesn't happen.

Doesn’t stick to the walls. Keep falling off.

4 of the 6 shades we put up kept falling down. Then the adhesive would stick to another part of the shade and we had to throw them away. Waste of money!

When you need privacy while waiting for your new blind or shades to be delivered these paper shades are an instant fix! I live them and I needed all six of them too. It was a relief to know about this solution and I put them all up in no time at all. Also they can be reused easily enough. The plastic pins that are in the box are very useful too.

The glue is extremely sticky and takes off paint when peeled off.

Wonderfully Easy: measure x3 to be sure, write down your figures, cut on a cutting board able to withstand an exacto knife or box cutter or very sharp large kitchen knife, (really shouldn't be used for this but if your desperate), measure your cut point or width of window, mark gently with a fine marker, keeping the shade together and steadied with your left hand, slice across your cut mark with your right hand taking 2/4 swipes. Once cut, remove cut debris, place height adjuster clothes pins on each end about 6-8 inches from top so it won't drag/hang against you when you're placing it up on the casing. Lift off about 1/3rd of sticky cover and firmly but gently place on top of window frame box. Remove sticky cover strip completely. Once placed you can't change the position. Voile
