We bought this fridge less than 3 years ago, and recently, the plastic liner part under the right door has cracked. There was no trauma to that part, so it's baffling that it cracked. We've had this thing for such a short period of time. I'm trying to look online for a replacement part and can't even find the correct part to fix it. Such a piece junk. Not worth getting.

We were looking for a refrigerator with the width of 30 inches, and French doors. This Whirlpool model was the only model that we actually liked. We don’t like all the fancy bells and whistle‘s that come with other brands along with the price . This refrigerator has all the features we need including an icemaker, and that makes our lives easier.

I have had this refrigerator 3 days now. The inside layout is horrible. No room for taller items. If you slide the half rack back, you can get one gallon of milk there and the space behind is wasted because you can’t get to it. Tried to remove the middle shelf. I turned it every way. It took me 10 minutes to FORCE the shelf down.... turn sideways and up..CRAZY.I had to remove one shelf in the door also, because I couldn’t get my dressing bottles in...I can’t even imagine how this frig would work for a family. Not enough light. THE ONLY PLUS for me is the full length drawer at the bottom where I can store my yogurt cups. I WOULD NOT purchase this model if I had to do it over!! OH.... and no place to put your stick butter. ....... I wish I had my 10 yr old frig back

We were looking for a French door refrigerator but were limited with choices due to space restrictions in our kitchen. This was just what we wanted and fit where we needed it to . Only drawbacks were there is no place to put eggs in door unless you leave them out in the open where they could break AND I wish the door hinges would open a bit wider, makes pulling shelves/drawers out difficult. Other than that, we love it. Freezer on bottom is great as well . We bought this about 2 weeks ago.

It fits perfect in the space we needed it to go. I love the different spaces to put different foods. It makes it so much easier to find what I am looking for quickly

Bought it 6 months ago since June I have to defrost it manually otherwise the fridge isn't cold, that means taking the freezer apart what a terrible design, I have to defrost it every 2 weeks with NOTHING in it!!!

Perfect fit...shelves, compartments and bottom pull out freezer all exceeded our expectations and we wi;; save on our monthly energy bill. Also added a broom storage area in the space that was vacant. Happy and content.

If you are looking for a refrigerator that will fit into 30" of space but still provide lots of storage, this may well be the one for you. It has a built in ice maker and one version has an in-door water dispenser (we opted only for ice). It is a classy looking appliance and we are well pleased with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect refrigerator, I have a narrow kitchen built back in the 70's and this refrigerator opens and someone else can actually walk past, which with my old refrigerator the door opened so wide it blocked anyone else in the kitchen. I think it's great!!! I would highly recommend it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's what I wanted; haven't had any problems with it, but have only had it since November 2, 2016. I do not have the icemaker connected, so I can't rate that, but as far as the other features I love the roomy freezer on the bottom and still getting used to the top part on where to place things. But it is very quiet compared to my old refrigerator (but as I said, I don't have the icemaker connected). I love the black Ice color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a sharp looking appliance, easy to clean and lots of room inside. The ice maker works great. Has a setting to be able to quickly chill wine, pop, juice, etc. And the veggie drawer has choices of humidity levels.

Not only does the model work well with the space allotment, but the appliance interior configuration is great. I can quickly locate items in top and bottom compartments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge after getting very tired of bending and digging in our old top mount freezer fridge (we are seniors) . We love the french doors as our fridge sits by a doorway and with the door open you can still pass by. I admit that the ice maker scared our cat the first time it dumped ice, but now the cat's used to it! Also, once it's got some ice in the bucket is quiets down considerably. While researching it, someone said they found it a bit noisy, but we find it quite acceptable. It's well made and looks great, we love it!

I bought this fridge a few months ago and I absolutely love it! Its clean and sleek. Fits perfectly with out new kitchen. It has plenty of room for a smaller house hold. We are two adults and no children. We love it! Many options to control temp and freshness. Highly recomend!

I have a very small place to accommodate a refrigerator and have been looking for one with these dimensions for some time. This one fit perfect and for the cu ft size, has lots to offer. My only concern is the top shelf is unable to fit some higher items in the middle because of the controls and light. I am enjoying having the freezer on the bottom and fridge on top! Very pleased with this model!

This refrigerator fits our kitchen perfectly. We are among the many people out there who don't have an enormous kitchen area to put a refrigerator. It runs very quietly except for the occasional sound of falling ice into the bin. There is plenty of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer. We got the black one and it looks great, I was concerned that the shinny finish would be a problem with smudges and the like, but so far it is much easier to keep clean than the stainless steel we had before. An added bonus is that my reflection on the door makes me look a lot thinner! (ha ha) The air filter for the main compartment of the refrigerator that comes with it is fantastic. I had boiled eggs in potato salad in there for a few days and you could not smell a thing! I must say I was impressed.

I have an older house with limited space in the kitchen area,when I ran across this Whirlpool one I was happy to find out it was only 30" wide,had French doors and the freezer on the bottom,it was just what I was looking for.It fits my space perfectly and makes my kitchen look modern.It is spacious and has great features and is quiet.I will be updating the rest of my kitchen with updated and matching appliances from Whirlpool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator which provides plenty of room in the freezer compartment. For us, the refrigerator compartment is a little on the small side. Works perfectly and i like the see through drawers however for a family of 5 it is just a little to small. Unfortunately that is what my space will allow and has nothing to do with the fridge itself. Still happy with the purchase. Ours is in white and looks very nice. It is a little loud but not real loud. Just a little louder than our old one. It is a little cumbersome as ours sits next to a wall on one side so opening is kinda weird where in some cases you need to open both doors. Probably just need to get used to the double doors. Would recommend to anyone considering this style of refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my unit about a month. There are a couple of problems which are perhaps design issues. The lighting in the refrigerator section is very low - way too low. Also, it is a very noisy unit. I hope that doesn't mean that it is using a lot of extra electricity

Purchases this fridge in April of 2013. First repair was in Nov. of 2014 for frost build up, second repair was Jan. of 2016 for frost build up, third repair was in July of 2019 for frost build up...repairman showed my husband how to defrost fridge manually, which he does at least every other week. Each time the repairman came out several times to get it working again. So far we could have purchased another fridge for what we have paid in repairs. Not a happy camper and will never purchase a Whirlpool fridge again.

The compressor on my refrigerator / freezer quit working over the weekend (11/3/2019). This fridge was just under 4 years old (one month off) and only has a one-year warranty. I never thought I would have to replace my fridge so soon after purchasing it.

I had a old style refrigerator and had to lean over and could never see what was in the back of it. Love the French door feature and no more bending over everything is a eye view. Was very fortunate to find the size that I needed for my space. Most of the refrigerators today are 36" wide and this one fit into my smaller space just perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I figured out how to arrange all my food in this French door, freezer on the bottom appliance I really liked it. Good use of space. The light is bright unless I block the top shelf with too much food. My only complaint is that the motor is fairly loud. I would think by now they would have figured out how to make the motor quieter. Otherwise, great appliance. One thing to note is that the brushed nickel finish does stain very easily so I have to wipe it down on a daily basis to keep it looking nice and shiny.

I have had it for a few weeks now, and I really like it. Multiple drawers and compartments are great for separating items that cool to different temps and moisture levels. I haven't gotten the built in icemaker plumber yet, I will though and look forward to fresh ice!

Unresponsive to temp controls after two years. Fluctuates from freezing food on lowest cool setting to not get cold enough on highest.
