[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so far very happy with my new refrigerator. It is quiet. I love the three doors and the freezer space is great.

Thought this was the perfect replacement for my dead refrigerator. Unfortunately, it's not. The movable shelf takes up 2/3rds of the shelf leaving a small nonmovable portion that's too little to hold much. The drawers for vegetables are not symmetrical so you have to open both doors in order to get anything out. In addition, the one drawer is too big and the other too small. The small "Pantry" drawer at the bottom provides little storage space while creating so much wasted unusable space. I firmly believe this refrigerator is not designed for families that cook all their meals at home. I tried to put my large chili pot/dutch oven in the refrigerator and couldn't--the shelves are too close together. As I was moving shelves to accommodate my pots, the shelf with the movable piece broke. When I finally had space, the chili pot took up almost the whole shelf. Now, I'm finding water on the shelves and in the vegetable drawers--I have no idea why the water is there. I find the general running of the refrigerator to be noisy, especially when the ice maker fills with water or someone fills their cup with water from the door access.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can see things even in the back and in drawers. Only problem we have found that if anything falls off of the top drawer on the freezer goes into no mans land. Hard to get items out. At times there is a annoying noise when it is running.

We bought this 5 months ago and are very disappointed. It really seemed like a nice size for our empty nest, and reasonable. Unfortunately it turned out bad with no help from Whirlpool. Coming home one day after work I noticed a huge puddle of water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I got towels and mopped it up and then set out to figure out why. I turned off the water supply to the icemaker first, then pulled out the freezer door. At first glance it appeared that it was fine but after emptying the food in the pull out drawer I noticed that the drawer would not close all the way. It turned out that there was a large ice burg on the floor that was so thick at the back that the drawer wouldn't close. I tried to take the drawer out but it appears that one needs to unscrew the door to be able to remove it. I managed to get the ice out with a plastic putty knife and then got on line to try and figure out why it would be full of ice. All I found out was that there is supposed to be a drain that might be clogged and when working drains into a small pan. To get to it one needs to remove the entire back and lay down with a flashlight and poke any debris out of the rubber drain grommet. I decided to leave that for a weekend project. Alas, the very next day the bottom (all food removed from freezer, ice maker turned off and water supply off) of the freezer had another 1/2" of water turned to ice. The next day we had another small flood to clean up. I again removed the ice. Now I have to remove ice every other day or we get another puddle was beginning to bubble up my wood floor. We wrote Whirlpool and instead of any kind of apology or compensation offered we got a number of a repair facility. Lucky for us we have a second refrigerator with a freezer that has never leaked. It has an ice maker too and we have never had to turn the water off. We are never, ever, going to purchase any Whirlpool brand (they cover lots of other names) since they don't stand behind their products. If this was an automobile we would qualify for the lemon law. I have had other refrigerators that lasted for 15 or 20 years with no problems, our second refrigerator is 8 years old with never a problem. The one replaced with this 5 month old Whirlpool was almost 20 years old (worked fine new one). Don't buy this model!

Went to several stores and found this refrigerator which gave me almost 2cu ft more space for the same dimension. It fits great in the kitchen and looks fantastic. Had it for over a month and happy with the functionality and storage capacity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mainly because I hated my top freezer and having food falling out. I would love the bottom freezer more if at least one of the drawers were not divided. No pizza boxes for this freezer.

We did not know a French door refrig would fit in our space and are so happy your unit would. The only problem we have is that the plastic stop on the front-top of the bottom pantry drawer continues to lift up and disassemble allowing the glass top to slide out of position. Should I put adhesive on it to keep it in place?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet; doors seal tightly without "arm-stronging" them. An overlaying flap on one door completely seals both doors: Great Idea! Overhead LED lights are down the center of the inside cabin roof, light shows on all sides. Took a few days to get used to pulling out the drawers with the pull at the bottom, but the drawers slide easily. You do have to open both doors to pull out bottom drawer (all across the bottom), but you save valuable space that way. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Sept 2017 and have not regretted my purchase. It really enhances my kitchens’ look, along with the new Whirlpool microwave, dishwasher and range!

This was delivered and installed at the end of September 2017. For my needs and lifestyle, I love everything about it. It has a bottom internal ice maker that prevents ice cubes from spilling out on my new hardwood floors. No water dispenser so water doesn't get dribbled on the hardwood. It is totally gorgeous in my kitchen. I love the 30" footprint so it doesn't dominate my petite kitchen. I love the gray sides instead of black since it is free standing until I can afford some cabinetry around it. It is less than 1/2 full for 2 people, so plenty of capacity. My only ding on it is the left door as you face the unit is very slightly lower than the other. I haven't gotten around to calling HD to get someone out to fix it or tried to adjust it myself. Probably happened during factory assembly. It doesn't affect the door closing and sealing. My old white Whirlpool side-by-side is now in the garage - we'll probably get another 20 years out of her.
